Dislike that the subscription method means you do not get a notification of the allocated number codes when paying by DD. And no confirmation or receipt of payment.
I keep complaining, they just carry on. It suits them, does not suit customers!
Back on single purchase again.

i have been a customer for years, but noticed 2 lots of payments where going out my bank, i called them but they didnt seem to care or help, so stopped doing it, their loss

I bought the tickets as I have relatives who suffer with Alzheimers
It needs to be clearer that non residents are not eligible.

I've been a part of it for months and I'm happy to see the surprise, reactions and happiness in the eyes of people who don't suspect and initially don't realize what's happening to them. I haven't won yet, but that's not the most important thing in the world, maybe my turn hasn't come yet.

More chance on winning the national lottery, but as they say you have to be in it to win it! Just poor odds and not enough prizes for the money

Started doing these 2.5 years ago and would win a voucher quite frequently and now nothing for around 2 years. I guess I’m fine with donating to a charity but will be likely to consider stopping subscription soon as no incentive to stay

They still continue to send emails adds looking for money about houses competitions
Don’t need to gamble to fill orher peoples pockets
Don’t want their houses

Can’t see why anyone would want to throw away their hard earned cash on a ‘dream’ because dreams are not real

Well my money gets taken and it goes to good causes I know, but, still patiently waiting for that call.........

Easy to deal with

After trying to save some money I cancelled my subscription with Omaze and still have £15 coming out each month, after about a year or more I have tried 3x and still no joy plus when I sign in it shows I’ve not been in any draws so be careful, I have emailed but no response from them yet I will prevail

At some point in time I tried to buy an extra batch of tickets that somehow ended up being a duplicate subscription. Omaze are quite happy to charge people for 2 subscriptions when they could be saving £5 a month on a single one with the same number of entries.
All in all I regard them as immoral. I believe that their upgrade was misleading leading to an accidental subscription and their ongoing lack of customer centric pricing makes them untrustworthy.
I tried to reach out to support but they did not care, so I just cancelled.
It’s a pipe dream anyway, but no need to rip us off in the process!
