This is a very unprofessional Company

This is a very unprofessional Company. They have no processes and procedure to look after the customer, particularly once they get the full money. They have NOT delivered on a single milestone to-date on time. In fact everything and everyone in the organisation seems to be lost, left hand doesn't know the right hand and management lives somewhere in the ivory clouds. This is the best example of INDIA telling NRIs why NOT to INVEST in INDIA.
I have invested huge amount and not getting any attention or money as per the commitments. Is there anyone out there looking at solving the problem. - authority? SEBI ahd no say in it after I complained to them.

A highly disappointed experience -- shock of life

We purchased a plot in New Chandigarh from this company and paid 100% money for the plot. We live outside India.
After being in touch with the Omaxe, New Chandigarh office for the last two months regarding our visit to the office and the site of the plot on 28th October 2022, we were in the Omaxe office on the fixed date. A week before our visit we have been reminding (on almost every second day including 27 Oct) to the Omaxe Office in New Chandigarh about our visit. We were surprised that no arrangements were made for the site visit. On our request a lady was sent with us, who passed through the site. The so-called tin gate (photo attached) to the complex was closed. She did not stop at the site and took us to the adjoining complex (Phase I) and mentioned that the plot is just behind the row of houses. This was certainly not acceptable. On our pressing we were taken to the road ('Kacha' road), the tin doors were closed, and we could not enter the site. I took some photos which are attached. We were surprised that no prearrangements were made to show the site. We came all the way from Austria to visit the site and were taken around the site. It has been highly disappointing experience.
Kindly look at the photos. We have been charged the maintenance charges and the site has not been maintained at all. It is in a pathetic condition. It is unsafe even to enter.
We reported the issue to the firm’s NRI department, to the Omaxe New Chandigarh office. No reply has been received.
