Disappointed

I had been a repeat customer for a number of years until they took eight months to ship orders I made. When my packages finally arrived, I received the wrong items and got zero explanation. The whole time I was in communication with them via DM (they would take weeks to respond every time), where they would give half-assed excuses as to why my orders were missing. Since receiving the wrong items they haven't even opened my messages. Maybe their customer service is just bad or they're actually scammers... either way, it's extremely hard to support a brand that systemically has this many issues.

I Bought a beanie 21 days ago and still haven’t received a shipping confirmation.
I’ve written mails and dm’s on instagram, without any response.
