The bike was delivered very fast. The package was in good shape with no damages.
The only thing that was frustrating is not attaching the tools to install the bike
Very disappointed with the services post sales. I bought my first bike in Omafiets, before to buy it I asked about the best size for me and they suggested one that is small for me. I wrote an e-mail as soon as I received the bike to change it for a bigger size and I´m still waiting an answer. Also I tried by the chat but they are all the time busy. The product is good but the client services is very bad.

Great experience buying online. Bike was a good price and delivery was quick. The picture on the website was exactly what we received. The website is easy to navigate and was able to find the perfect-sized bike for a reasonable price.
Amazing bike! At first I thought I ordered a children's bike, but it just happened to be a build-your-own-bike set. Quite awesome, you can just set-up and adjust the bike to your own preferences! And it looks very neat too.

After my order and payment I got a phone call that my order wasn’t possible, since the bike was sold out. Eventually I decided to order another type for €50 less.
I finally recieved the bike and it turned out I had to assemble it myself. No problem, but do let the customer know upfront and make sure to add a manual. Both wasn’t done, so had to ask for a manual. When I assembled te bike I was missing bolts and the mudguard was damaged. I called and the guy on the phone promised to send a new mudguard and some bolts with urgance. After days nothing arrive. Called again and they made a mistake I was told. After one week the bolts arrive, but still no mudguard. I was told it was sent already. The gears didn’t work as well. After I called again I received a video with directions how to fix the problem with the gear, but the parts shown on the video weren’t present at my bike. So called again. Second employee that I spoke three times ‘wasn’t able’ to help, since my case was handled by someone else. After the third call he finaly helped me. He promised me last Friday to let me know something the latest today (Monday), once again, no phonecall. Current status, after 7 phone calls, plus 4 extra unanswered and 3 emails sent, No solution. I have a bike that is damaged and gear that isn’t working and yet again I wait on a reply. Asked for the manager several times, but he was never available. Also waiting on the €50,- back that I payed for the first bike that wasn’t in stock any more. One of my most horrible experiences with customer service!
Just spoke to another employee and was told that the mudguard wasn’t sent at all. So they even lied!
Bought my bike at 5:58pm and got it the very next day. We put it together (it took 45 minutes total) and she is perfect! Dankjewel! Telling my friends!
I have never had such a bad experience with online ordering. I ordered a bike on omafiets-online (city-bikes and fietsenplaats) is one and the same company) on 26.10. It is almost a month and I still do not have bike that I ordered. I sent them more than 10 emails, called them multiple times and nothing. I paid more than 200 EUR and they sent me a wrong bike. I offered them to take 2 days of from work, Friday and again Friday, so they could pick up the wrong bike. They told me that the bike I ordered will be sent to me after they will receive the wrong one. Everyone can make a mistake, but this situation could have been solved within 1 week if they would have the decency to cooperate and at least apologise. Almost a month and they have my money and I still do not have bike that I ordered. I waited 3 weeks to write this, because I wanted to give them a chance to correct the mistake without any negative review, seems like they just don’t care. I strongly suggest to choose a different vendor.
