This was my first time ordering from this company and I am very disappointed. The item I ordered was not what I expected at all and the day I got my package I contacted the company to start a return. Per their website the return policy is Step-by-Step Return Process:

Initiate Return: Email us at with your return request.
Receive Instructions: If approved, you'll get a return shipping label and directions.
Send Your Item: Post it to us using a trackable shipping method.
So I did exactly what it says then they tell me the buyer has to pay for shipping. I don't feel like I need to pay for shipping when I am requesting to return the item the same day I get it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMAPNY EVER AGAIN

We provide goods return service, and the refund and return policy clearly states: 100% refund if not satisfied, and it also mentions that the freight needs to be borne by each party, because we bear the cost of transporting the goods, so if you need to return the goods, you also need to bear the freight yourself.
We are worried that customers don’t know this, so we have added an extra reminder in our refund policy. Once we receive the returned goods, we will immediately process the refund. Sorry, it may be the misunderstanding caused by our employees’ mistakes in the communication process, and we will criticize our employees.

I have the best experience with this Company. I have never been disappointed with anything that I have received from this Company. If anything is out of stock they let me know and replace it with a similar item and its not worth a refund due to the cost.

I’m giving Oly Vogue a 3-star rating because the products are great and the shipping was fast.
HOWEVER, my order is missing 18 items! I’m currently awaiting a response from customer service to have this issue solved. I want the products I paid for!

TERRIBLE COMPANY Be careful. They sell illegal items (for the US), short ship, and will not refund your money. Happy to share the customs violations paperwork with anyone who wants to see it.

The customer service is great! As soon as i placed my order i was contacted by the company to confirm my order and to let me know how i wanted to handle out of stock items. I was updated with every step of my order. The products were more than i expected. Nothing was broken or missing. I will be ordering again.

Personal Customer Service; High Shipping

While I found what I wanted when searching online and placed my order for what was a reasonably priced item, I was then contacted by customer service asking if my purchase was for personal use or for resale. When I questioned the estimated delivery date for my personal use item, I was informed my order would not make it by my need date. Customer service coordinated with me to make an additional payment to cover the difference for a shipping upgrade to DHL. While all this was very helpful, my total shipping cost of $35 for a $48 order seems very excessive and is the only reason for giving OlyVogue a 4 out of 5 stars.

They have good products and even better customer service. If you have a problem they correct it very fast! I couldn’t be more pleased with Olyvogue. I highly recommend them for anyone thinking about purchasing from them. I’ve placed two orders with them and plan on doing more business with them in the future. I give them 10 stars!!!

Customer service is fantastic

Customer service is fantastic. My order arrived in a timely manner and the quality of all of my items were outstanding. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because shipping costs are extremely expensive. But the cost of each item was so inexpensive I couldn't pass this up!

They took a month to send my products

They took a month to send my products. I was making pens for a fundraiser and when I received my order, the beads I had ordered were on "back order". They said they would give me a gift certificate for the the next time I ordered. I was fuming because as it was I was already behind schedule.

I really hope you can understand that we will return out-of-stock products to you in the form of gift cards by default, and you can use them as a deduction for your next purchase. But if you don’t want a gift card and want to refund it to a bank card, that is also completely fine. We cannot refuse your request. This is obviously a misunderstanding.
