Olyndra London 

I bought two leather jackets from Olyndra London and received two fake leather, synthetic material jackets which I didn’t like and want to return and refund. Company refuse to accept my return and refund. Do you a favor and don’t buy from this company. Order 77401. No return on my email sent on 13/05/26. No phone contact for customer service.

I bought a pair of Mia shoes in white size uk 6 so comfortable I ordered another pair in black not disappointed would order again and recommend delivery was within two weeks to the UK for both pairs 👍🏻

Order placed on the 11th of May, goods arrived today 21/5. Minimal packaging, shoes are comfy, size 11 is matching UK standard and quality is not too bad considering the price. I wouldn't reccomend if you are looking for a next day delivery.

Ordered trousers.Website says office in London. Does not exist. Eventually arrived from China (no indication of where shipping from when ordering) pathetic looking. Nothing like photo. Ai pics. Avoid this scam and any other company with stupid names.

This company asked me to get in touch with them about my refund and now they are not accepting emails from me, blocked ! How can this company still be trusted?

No response to numerous request to return goods for a refund despite getting 2-3 emails daily with offers. All I want to do is return and re order correct size.

Please don't buy anything from this shop! I've made an order day 9, today is 21st and I didn't receive my order. When tried to communicate, was ignored by customer service. Probably just lost my money.

Ordered a coat in 2XL size (my normal size) and paid for 24hr delivery. Item was received a good fortnight later. The sizing was completely wrong, as it wouldn't have fitted my 5'2" wife! Tried to get a refund and had to email them several times to get a returns address in China!! That would have cost me £27 to return a coat that was blatantly sized incorrectly. Avoid at all costs.

My order was great thats why ordered some more very comfortable.Theres only one thing is that the tracking is a bite out,apart from that really good.

My jacket from Olyndra London eventually arrived after nearly three weeks. On inspection I could see that other than the colour it was nothing like the picture in their advert.....at all. Ordered a medium but think it was tailored around a 10 year old as it had no give in the arms or shoulders and the cuffs were way past my wrists, truly awful garment with poor material. Shall not be making any further purchases from this company.

Ordered 2 pairs of size 11 shoes on 5th May. Said 24hr dispatch & sent chase emails no reply. Arrived poorly packaged (no box) 3 weeks later & were too tight, so not right size I ordered. Inundated with promotion emails since, but no reply from customer service. Website now comes up as blocked fake scam retailer. Website says wait to get reply before returning items, then gives an address to China & you pay postage. Awful

Great company to deal with .. kept me informed of my orders progress from start to finish . Package delivered in good condition .

Jacket I ordered was at least 2 sizes bigger than the medium it is meant to be, customer services not answering, so no way of returning it

Ordered two “ cashmere sweaters “
Received two cheap acrylic ones with no label. Tried to return them but no reply to e mails. Still being bombarded with ads describing quality clothes with photos of such. This company is not in London but sends cheap clothing from abroad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This is a disgraceful scam.

Customer Service does not exist. No reply to 5 emails complaining about non delivery.
Items may well be coming from abroad. Beware.

Please DO NOT buy anything from this absolutely diabolical company - advertised as 100% cashmere jumpers - absolute joke, when you wish to return their rubbish back to them you have to pay for tracked postage which apparently then remains in customs in China!!! Just don’t do it to yourself……… I really don’t want to do a 1 star review - there needs to be 0 star review!!!

Items poor quality. Jumper advertised 100% cashmere - no label to confirm this. Items too small AND too short. Poor sizing. I asked/tried to return - offered a 15% rapid refund (paid £67) or 80% credit to use. They wanted me to pay tracked International Post Office cost to China. I'd advise- do not buy from this "International" company. Kept refrring to their refund policy on website - hard to find. Instructions to get in touch with them, then they slam you items have to be returned to China. When I questioned they once again referred to website about their offshore location - very ambiguous. Do not buy from this scam company hiding behind a London identity.
