Olyndra London

Having purchased a pair of cotton cargo pants from Olyndra. I waited a number of weeks for them to arrive. When they did, they were nothing like the advertised item. The only thing that resembled the advert was the colour! Not cotton, cheap polyester material so thin you could read through it, shape, pockets, layout completely different, so very disappointing. Contacted their customer service not once but multiple times over 4 weeks, not a single reply! Having read reviews about the company, I wasn't surprised. So in desperation I contacted PayPal & raised a dispute. They contacted Olyndra, who made up a whole bunch of lies about contacting me several times, saying I had never reached out to them to express my disappointment, how would they know I wanted to return the pants unless I HAD contacted them & they had received my constantly ignored emails!
A completely useless, unprofessional & deceitful company who provides substandard items at high street prices, with zero communication & customer service.
I have now, thanks to PayPal, received a full refund the only drawback is now I still have the pathetic excuse for a cargo pants. To which, I may offer to a homeless person, who very much will refuse them because they are utter rubbish.
Please read the reviews about this company, do not make the mistake I did by giving them a chance! The overwhelming negative reviews are there for a reason, they are a scam company selling useless, cheap & not fit for purpose items.
Just received a reply from Olyndra, asking me to contact customer support so they can resolve the issue!!!
Clearly they haven't read the review fully, it's already resolved, I received a refund thanks to PayPal, & contacting their customer support is a complete waste of time as they DO NOT respond!! Obviously a standard response from them.
Do not waste your time or money on this scam company.

Do NOT use this company, It only operated from China and does not do returns, other than to China / !5% same day refund. They reply to one email and then stop.

I’ve recently ordered a pair of shoes from this company. What I received compared to what I actually ordered was a joke. I have had some email interaction over it where they requested more proof of my delivery which I uploaded and sent and they have promptly ignored me since. I have sent a number of emails and a message via Facebook which they have read but no response. Absolute joke.

I received my Eleanor cardigan and it's not a bit like the photo. Its a cheap copy and definitely not worth the money. Olyndra haven't answered my emails asking for the return process by the time they do the time will have expired. Disgusting service.

A wonderful pair of comfortable shoes at a great price but a long wait to receive them.
However I did receive updates once the shoes were on their way.

I'm sending the coat back. It's clearly shown as having pockets in the advertisement but it doesn't. One has to have pockets in a coat!

Product description accurate, the coat I purchased is lovely, light and warm. Very suitable for our Scottish weather as coat can be folded easily and placed in it's own bag. Love it and very good quality forthe cost.

Slow delivery. Shoes nice to look at but difficult to get on.Would be better with Velcro fastening.Price reasonable.

Have had a few items some good , some never arrived when I contacted them about item not delivered completely ignored my email

I ordered a pair of clogs from them. They took ages to arrive and turn out to be really poor quality and undersize. Nothing like the item shown in their advert.
I gather I have to apply for a return authorisation and then ship the clogs back to China which is probably going to be prohibitively expensive.
Very disappointing, first and last time I shall be buying from them. Their name 'Olyndra London' is almost misrepresentation, they are China based.

Now here's a surprise... I have 'reached out' to them to get a returns number and heard nothing back. I think I'm going to have to accept that I have been ripped off and lost £30, how bloody annoying!
So to reiterate: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I could not contact Olyanda to return trainers to get a refund .No return address !! I’ve tried to contact support team , an address in china ?

I have bought a dress from Olyndra London then few days later I have seen the same dress on Temu which it was much cheaper.
Finally the dress arrived, it was very poor quality and requested to return it.
The manager emailed me saying I need to return the dress to Dongguan city in China via Royal mail international (the only way they accept the return)which it costs £13.95.
Definitely I won’t buy anything again from this company. Very disappointed!

I ordered 2 pairs of cargo trousers that don’t fit. I have emailed 3 times about returning them for a refund , as requested, and all emails have been ignored! I Wouldn’t buy anything from this company!!

Ordered pair of trainers which were of very poor quality very plastic looking. And did not fit. Not having any success with return label after requesting. I agree with all bad reviews AVOID THIS COMPANY

have totally ignored my emails shoes not as wide as they say they are and i wanted to return them but no one has got back to me also they have to approve a return whats that all about ? also i paid priority postage but still took ages to arrive ordered 9/05/26 arrived 23rd of may got a reply on here they said get in touch with them then they will contact me . Guess what still no contact it is now the 17th of june re edit my post .quess what still no email or contact what so ever do not buy from them

Loved my shoes spot on fit little delayed in delivery but happy with my shoes
