The refund policy is a joke. If you aren't 100% sure you will be keeping your order, then DONT order it as you are highly unlikely to get any money back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased an item through Instagram which turned out to be not as described. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they initially offered a partial refund where they would retain 30% of the value. I accepted this in good faith just to settle the matter quickly.

However, they then changed their position and told me I would only receive a 50% refund instead. This felt extremely unfair and misleading, especially after I had already agreed to their first offer.

Their website also advertises a “30-day money-back guarantee,” but this does not appear to reflect their actual practices. At no point is it made clear that customers may only receive partial refunds.

Overall, the experience felt untrustworthy and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

Never use them and never buy from this company the work with the delivery company to still customers order. Absolutely poor they are nothing but a thief

This store is a sham having extremely cheap quality products and a very delayed and unprofessional delivery service. I urge anyone ordering from this brand to please look out for other options. Temu will be a thousand times better option for the quality and service these scammers are providing

Do not buy !!! I ordered a jacket that never arrived back in November and still have not received a refund . What they do offer is for you to order again and they will take off the refund on your next order . You have to be made to order again and they.

Ordered the Harrington trainers in a UK size 11. The trainers arrived and were way smaller than a UK 11 and also of a much worse quality than I had expected. I requested a refund but there reply stated that I can't have a refund due to the shoes being in the sale! I will never purchase from this company again as I have completely wasted hard earned money.

Terrible quality and non existent customer service. They will do everything possible to stop a refund and if you finally get them to accept the return they keep 30% restocking fee and request Royal Mail special delivery (approx £9) resulting in a refund for a fraction of the cost. I did proceed to return using Evri only to get the item back as the bogus address (in Covent Garden) can not be found. After this I did a dispute through my bank (using debit, not credit) for the outstanding refund plus my return shipping cost. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

False advertising - misrepresentation in photos - products are poor quality and there is not any way to make a return. I have tried and given awful customer experience and told a return would have a 30% restocking fee deducted ended up opting for a 50% refund because I just didn’t trust they wouldnt then play the”sorry we didn’t receive your return” game.

Ordered a pair of loafers. Didn't fit and shoddily made. Requested a refund. First offered an exchange or credit, no thanks. Then 30% off, no thanks. Then 50% off, no thanks.
They specified an expensive Royal Mail return carriage, which I used. I repeatedly chased up the refund, but now no response to my emails. Today I have received the goods back via Royal Mail as "Refused"!
I total scam.
Do not deal with them!
Once they have your money that's it .... gone!

Do not do any busy with this company. I have fallen twice for this, ordered a jacket, didn't like it. Tried to return and after many emails back and forth I accepted their 30% refund and to keep the item. I didn't realise that refund would be in store credit. A couple of months later I'm reminded by them that my credit was running out and as it was months later I had forgotten the disaster from before. I fell for it again. Ordered a jumper, it's horrible. In the middle of the email debacle now.

Their emails are all very nice and portray good customer services, yet you'll go through hoops. And the products are rubbish.

Oh how I wish I had seen other reviews before I ordered from this company, agree with all the coments, quality is 'cheap and nasty' and i am now in the midst of the email to-ing and fro-ing, being offered replacements I definately dont want!! and they charge a 30% re-stocking fee on a return!!!

Placed an order for almost 10 days no delivery still yet.

The jacket I ordered arrived late so I had no need for it. When I tried to return I was offered 30% off to keep with the 30% being credited to me OlympusLondon account. I was informed at this time a return would include a charge of 30% to check for damage of the jacket and the cost of postage, Royal Mail registered delivery, would be for me to pay. I still insisted on a refund and returning. They then offered 50% off, again, credit on the account not an actual refund, and keep the item. I asked friends and family if they would like the jacket and no one did, so I insisted on the return. Claire, from Olympus then supplied the address and asked me to forward proof of delivery, which I did. 1 week later the parcel was returned as the address does not exist!! Today my bank has returned the full amount for the jacket but I am £11 out of pocket for the waste of time return delivery!! Absolute scammers!!

Don't be fooled by the photos, the quality is very poor or faulty as my orders were and so I tried to return them, and what a joke! They found every excuse not to give me a refund ! I gave up but that is what they want you to do! Do yourself a favour and don't bother.

WARNING - Poor quality products, ordered a jacket looks great in picture, not suitable, tried to return, I gave up on that, proved too difficult with back and forward emails, they even sent me another jacket in a larger size, so now have two of them which I don't want. They will be going in the jumble or being used to clean the car. Lesson learnt cheap import clothing.

I ordered two shirts advertised as Katana Japan Style Shirts made of "a premium cotton and linen blend".
At £22 each seemed a reasonable price.
Received two shirts made of - and labelled as - 100% polyester.
Have just demanded refund: will I get it...?

Absolutely shocking...
I ordered two jackets to see which I preferred, unfortunately neither were suitable.
Have never dealt with a company that do not provide a return service..
Emails back and to, just want to return and get a refund but all I keep getting is an offer of a credit to buy something else!
No way will I ever buy something of such poor quality from a company that can treat genuine people so badly..
As others have said, its a lesson learnt, and ongoing
it is disgusting that companies like this exist and get away with it

Horrendous company - supply an item with missing buttons, refused to accept responsibility, offered to return at my expense, totally crap company with staff who definitely don't have English as their 1st language - not fit to trade, so advise to all us avoid at all costs
