When I made my order through the biotek site, I got a confirmation saying it had been received. Nothing since. Have emailed them 6 times. No response. I check with the Post Office who said they have never received the parcel. I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering. This is not right and there appears to be nothing you can do. They just take your money and ignore you.

Great communication with the staff when I wasn't sure on products. Using them for a few weeks now and have seen slight changes but can't wait to see end results.

As an Australian resident I have found myself in a sea of disingenuous online supplement stores where the customer service is rarely helpful or trustworthy with their support. It has unfortunately become increasingly challenging to find legitimate and authentic supplement stores in Australia. Olympia supps were recommended to me, and from my experience dealing with other local and overseas suppliers, I was of course hesitant. Any of my concerns were quickly gone after speaking with the team at Olympia Supps. Their customer service was flawless. This, and the super-fast shipping and high quality, legitimate products have finally allowed me to end my search for a reliable online supplier. I can confidently say I will not be shopping anywhere other than Olympia Supps.
