Purchased our new car on a novated lease with OLY, there was a bit of difficulties with the finance company they use but Katelin from OLY was always super helpful and easy to deal with and kept us up to date the whole time. She made the process really easy. Super happy with our new car

Excellent customer service
We’ve just signed up a novated lease with Oly through our small company. Chloe has been very helpful, responsive and transparent. Chloe even went extra miles to speak to the Financial Services company who referred us to Oly to check on the application fee on our behalf. The outcome was great, the process was smooth and easy. Thanks to Chloe, we got our new car in a week. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Chloe
I dealt with Chloe in purchasing a new car for myself through my company. She was amazing from day 1 through to after hand over.
Nothing was ever too much, she was very responsive and has a great personality. As a business owner I believe in recognizing great customer service, will defintley be using Chloe again.

Highly recommend OLY for novated leasing – smooth process and great team!
I recently took out a novated lease for my new BYD Sealion 7 through OLY and the overall experience has been excellent. From the very start, the process was straightforward and much faster than I expected. All my paperwork and formalities were sorted in just 5 days – genuinely impressive!
There was a small technical hiccup on the insurance side that added about a week to the timeline (total delivery took 12 days instead of the original estimate), but the OLY team kept me fully updated and resolved it quickly.
Special thanks to my Lease Consultant Gus McIntyre, Relationship Manager Anjali Wadhwa, and Settlement Coordinator Ashleigh – all three were professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and hassle-free.
Very happy with the service and already enjoying the car (and the tax savings!). If you’re considering a novated lease, OLY is definitely worth talking to.

Great Service
Nitesh made the experience easy, listen to my needs and stuck to my timeline. He found me a great deal on an Ex demo. If only he could have filled in the forms as well! I would recommend Olys services.

Service was good in stages…but
Service was good in the initial stages and also good towards the final settlement stage, but in between when I asked questions, I rarely even got a reply. Also, when the response was good at the start and near the end, only some of my questions would get answered, therefore I don't think they were reading the whole email.

Smooth Operator
First time getting into a Novated Lease for both myself and the company. The process has been really smooth from finding a car, to the finance paperwork and all parties to sign. Very happy with the service
Nitesh my case manager was very friendly and helpful. Even when there were a couple of delays out of his control, he was very reassuring and quick to answer any questions I had, which made the process much smoother.

Great sales
Great sales, support rubbish. Always chasing updates and when you call for support they always put you on hold to call others. Sounds like people working from home, not an office so disconnected.

Quick and painfree novated lease for an EV
Organizing a novated lease with Oly was quick and smooth. After a two week delay with another NL provider, Chloe van Unen helped us arrange a quote, organize estimated expences, and now we're driving our new family car just over a week later!
Very responsive and transparent about fee's (especially % rates), and was realistic about the ongoing costs, so everythings accounted for and no shocks to be found yet.
Recently onboarded, so hopefully the good service continues onwards.
