We spent over $120 on two dog beds. They were never delivered. However, the delivering company said they were delivered and thats what Olvy went with. We were denied claims. We provided evidence but Olvy said, and this is a real quote:

"As a small startup, we put significant effort into offering high-quality products and exceptional customer support. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our payment providers without chargebacks is essential to continue offering products that bring joy to our furry friends. Thus, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could contact your bank and cancel the chargeback."

So. This "small company" did not deliver a product we paid for, denied our claims, and asked us not to move forward with a chargeback. Think about who you shop with. Shop around.

I have ordered and received 2 Olvy CarPlay unites.
Nice products for not to much money is always a risk to order online, especially electronics.
I received the unites and they did not work.
I started to communicate with Olvy and we tried some different installation options. The communication was good.
After three suggested installation attempts and 6 weeks did they suggest to send me two new unites. That it took 6 weeks has to do with my traveling, they did always answer within a reasonable time.
I received the two new unites and they work perfectly.
I now have returned the old unites.

I am especially impressed that they suggested to send 2 new unites. Normally the customer has to suggest to exchange unites 👍👍

Purchased a watchwinder as a gift. After a shipping period that took over a month to complete, the device only worked for 2 months before breaking. Any questions about possible replacements or other solutions are answered with a barrage of LLM generated questions meant to discourage from further pursuing a suitable replacement. "Did you use the correct batteries?" "Has it gotten wet during regular usage?"

Cheap chinese dropshipped stuff. The provided manual is a smorgasbord of badly translated english.

The pictures make it look like a luxury item, while the actual product doesn't even come with proper packaging.
