The product is exceptional

Olive oil. It's just something you buy at the supermarket, right? Maybe. But if you care about your health, and true value, it's more than that.

To get the benefits of olive oil, you need the right kind. Ideally, it's got to be extra virgin (undamaged olives), early harvest (the highest time for nutrients), and organic (don't drink nasties with your good stuff).

And then if you really care, check it has the right variety of olives, as some contain more polyphenols (good chemicals) than others. And then, if you're even more determined, find out if the soil where the trees grow is full of heavy metals (bad chemicals).

This isn't easy. And that's exactly why this couple of Netherland nerds set up the company! And I mean 'nerd' kindly. It takes effort to build anything from scratch, especially in a crowded market. But these guys have done it. They've found a great source of liquid gold and sell it fairly.

There are lots of beneficial plant chemicals in their oil, 4 or 5 times the amount in a good supermarket oil. By adding a tablespoon (15 ml) or more to your daily food intake, you're massively helping your long-term health. Extra virgin olive oil isn't just good for replacing bad fats; having some itself is beneficial. When I have a shot of this each morning, I feel the benefits. And I mean, I can actually measure them (lowered blood pressure, for example).

I have searched for good olive oil for years. And it's taken years to find some. You can find fancy tasting ones (this also tastes fantastic), and yet some of those have less health benefits. Or you can find companies that suggest amazing benefits, but their ethics or trust seems low. This company is clearly built from the ground up (check out their third-party testing data) and its mission is to supply quality oil. It is definitely succeeding.

I got a subscription, something I usually HATE, because it will help keep up my intake of this liquid gold. It's that good. The delivery (Holland to the UK) is professional too, a good courier, well-tracked. Plus it's eco packaging, and I got a fabulous Italian, stainless steel oil decanter. This keeps the product fresh for serving each morning.

This is great olive oil made by an authentic people - centred small holding company working with nature not against it with natural methods. It’s how all our food should be produced.
The oil is quite peppery but that’s not a problem - it’s rich and golden green and the pepper taste is a sure sign it’s high in polyphenals.
Each bottle has an in depth lab report and official stamp given from an independent reputable source.
I’ve had a throat infection and been using this oil medicinally - one tablespoon neat a day - and to make it easier on my throat I mixed the oil with mashed potato or scrambled eggs. It worked a treat. And tasted great.
I really recommend the company and the oil.

Best Olive Oil you can get. The taste difference to usual super market olive oil is astonishing, it’s way more bitter and spicy which confirms the great quality. Also great to have public COAs available on the site

This is some of the best olive oil I’ve ever tasted—fresh, rich, and full of flavor.
Best way to enjoy it in my opinion is just straight (like a small shot) to really appreciate the flavor.
