Absolutely awful quality - had better from shein at 5% of the price! You can see the stitch work throughout the dress and an awful cut of a white fabric around the inside which is see through. It’s not an English brand so when I asked to return it I now have to pay rediculous money to get it back to “Mr Wang” in an address and country I’ve never even heard of before. I can’t find any posting company that will allow me to return it , not to mention By the time you pay customs you wouldn’t even be getting much of a refund! No wander it’s only a 1% return rate as no bigger can physically return it even if the wanted to!

Fake company with multiple fake reviews, quality is worst than from Shine. They give fake address for returns.

Easy to order and fast to ship

Will never buy from them again!!!! Ordered from what claim to be a London company. Dress arrived from china so took a while to arrive. The dress looked nothing like the website infact completely different and the quality of the material was very poor. Then to start the return process was a nightmare. Wouldn’t give me a refund kept offering site credit and if I wanted a full refund the item would need to be returned to CHINA! At a cost to me of £30-£40!! In the end after multiple emails back and forth I got a 30% refund. Absolutely shocking so unless you want to be out of pocket don’t buy!!!!

The dress looks great and I’m hoping when I receive it it will be . I emailed the company as I desperately want it for a wedding this upcoming weekend . I’m hoping I will have it .

The quality isn't very good. When you supply photos to ask for refund they offer you exchange and try to get you not to return. When you ask for a full refund nobody responds!! Im hoping this gets resolved but I am extremely frustrated with the process so far

Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. Dress not to UK sizes , way to small. Advertises as a london company but comes from China and take a long time to arrive. Absolute nightmare to try and return, they try and bargain with you over several email, so you don't send it back. They then offer you 20% of the cost of the dress to go away, knowing that you will accept because postage and custom charges are quite excessive and then there are so many clauses that you know that if you ever you get your money back it would be a miracle. Please avoid this company, so you don't waste your money.

Dress was lovely and exactly as expected. Delivery took a little long, but was updated and could track so wasn’t a problem.

However the returns process is a nightmare. Have been trying for 3 days. You need to supply pictures of packaging and the items out of the packaging. Since then there have been multiple emails offering alternatives to a refund: exchange, credit, partial refund and credit (keeping the dress) even when explicitly stating multiple times that I’d like a full refund for the purchase price. They offered 20% refund. Or full if I sent back… to Mr Wong, in Guangdong, China.
Would essentially cost half the dress price to return it. Not to mention have seen it now on other sites which are cheaper, and have a much simpler returns policy.
Lesson learnt. Avoid at all cost.

It was so easy to order, and a very quick process. I also liked the sizing as I’m a 10-12, I was able to order this size. Very happy.
