Returned item tracked delivery as it was just a cheap piece of metal but didn’t hear back or get a refund, definitely wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing!

Ordered then saw all the bad reviews…lesson learned. I emailed them immediately after ordering telling them to cancel the order. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response and of course they shipped it anyway. Crap company.

I never ordered the ring.I tried to put the discount in and all of a sudden.The purchase just went through.I tried to cancel it.I keep getting the same email that we ship it out too fast.Blah blah blah so I cancel my credit card.The ring ended up showing up.I don't want it now.They won't respond for me to return it fraudulent company.Stay far away. I received the Olux ring after about two weeks. It is not good quality. It is sized for a man's hand so it was huge on my fingers. There is no way to modify it to fit without ruining the ring. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but you have to ship it back to them in China. I got a quote from UPS to ship back to them and it was over $200 for a ring I paid $50 for. What a racket. Don't recommend.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive and is definitely not the same quality as those advertised. Looks and feels cheap. I've worn it for 24 hours and the coating is already coming off. Definitely one to avoid. Very disappointed.

SCAM - do not order. I ordered on 9-16-2025 and it shows shipped since 9-19-2025 and it is 10-28-2025 and they will not answer emails! SCAM - stay away from those JERKS

The ring you receive is nothing like the ring they advertise. It's not rounded at the edges. It's roughly made and very uncomfortable to wear. There is no customer service and no replies to emails. If you do your research you will see just how many poor reviews they have. Cheap rings made in China. SCAMMERS!!

Ordered Sept. 15th. Tracking shows the ring went through customs on Sept. 18th. Then on its way from Los Angeles on Sept.22nd. It is now Oct. 22nd still no ring. I have reached out to customer service numerous times in the last 10 days only to keep receiving the same automated message over & over. I have requested a refund over & over. I might as well be talking to the wall.
I finally reported to my cc for follow up.

Do not buy! They are scammers. The ring itself looks cheap, brassy, and is much thinner and different from the product photos online. Not to mention it pinches your skin. Secondly, they do NOT honor their money back guarantee. I have been dealing with them for weeks, as they keep dragging out the return process. Now they claim they never got my package. Its because they rejected it at customs. I have sent every piece of documentation on the shipment to China, and they keep giving me the run around. The whole process is not worth it. Save your money and your sanity.

CHINESE RIP OFFS. Do not buy from this company. They take your money with a “guaranteed “ refund policy. I sent my bracelet back as I could not make it fit and returned it at my expense to the address they gave me. The product arrived in China and that’s where it stayed - no refund, no response to countless emails and no assistance from PayPal as they don’t tell the truth.
Still trying to get my money back.

I purchased a ring which was not delivered to my address. In querying with the customer services they either ignore me and do not respond, or repeat the same rubbish. I have shown maps of my address which does not match the map they sent me of the delivery address which does- despite me giving the correct address - and two months later I am no further forward. Disgusting customer service and rudeness beyond limit by ignoring me requesting a refund or replacement.

Rubbish quality- this is a scam, I asked for a refund and was told I needed to return item so following every one of there instructions and paid for recorded delivery !! Package has been returned to me 4 months later.

Do not purchase from OLUX. This company is a scam in my opinion. I received my order and requested a refund the very same day, yet what followed has been nothing but frustration and dishonesty.

It took multiple attempts just to get in touch with their so-called support team, with no reply for weeks at a time. When they finally responded, communication dragged out for months. I was forced to send the item back to China at my own expense, and despite doing exactly what they asked, I am still waiting on my refund.

To make matters worse, OLUX confirmed in early August 2025 that my refund had been “successfully completed” — yet here I am at the end of September still with no money returned. Every interaction feels like deliberate stalling.

Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and lost money. In my experience, OLUX does not honor their word, does not respect customers, and will do everything possible to avoid giving refunds. Avoid this company at all costs.

Dodgy rubbish

Sell items advertising all these amazing benefits on the products either gorgeous slim women yet it doesn’t fit slim women and have to try and mend this so called amazing product to fit and distort the structure and shape so stupid!!!
Trying to get help when something arrives with an issue and damaged insists paying yourself to return it costing more than the item they are scammers to the highest level don’t bother people all false they are horrendous to deal with

I should have read this page before ordering this ring

The ring is cheap and too big. After eventually getting a reply to my email with the return address, I sent the ring back almost 1 month go. I can see the Chinese customs have tried contacting them for over 2 weeks for further information and no progress. I included the phone number and details they provided me. I want my refund!

Wish I’d read the reviews as returned the item due to the quality.

I know others are posting that it's a scam etc, but I received mine today (took around a week and there was tracking - you get sent the number and you can track it from the link on the site), and honestly, mine is stunning and I love it (I bought the bracelet). Other reviewers have commented on it's not gold etc. Of course it's not gold!! Would you expect a solid gold ring to be under $100? The products are stainless steel with pd something coating which many jewellery companies now use for waterproof jewellery and you should be a few non-tarnish years of wear from that. I wonder why the person bought the ring without even looking at the features such as what it's made of without then complaining it's not gold. Far out! I've also run 6kms without the usual mid afternoon crash and burn that I have. I'm going to get the silver as well - I like it that much. As a side note - I had purchased one of the cheapie rings on Amazon the same time I ordered so I could get it the next day, and thought they must be the same thing. After having it just for this week it starting chipping and looking terrible, so I have chucked it but compared it to the original Olux that arrived today. The Olux is waay better quality and matches my real rose gold jewellery perfectly and it's a sleek and understated bracelet that you can adjust. I appreciate lots of people here have had poor experiences, but that doesn't necessarily equate to a scam at all. I'm happy with my purchase.

Total scam - don’t waste your money. The ring is processed immediately but the return is non existent!! You have to pay for postage and then it’s held at customs- no doubt to go over the time threshold so no refund!!
Don’t bother! These scams need to be stopped
