Very bad experience
Very bad experience, stay away.
Bought wine on their store. The website does not show that I bought wine in the "your orders" section, and after a day I contacted them asking to cancel the order, as i was wanting the wine sooner and, while they claim 3-5 days delivery, this seemed unlikely.
They said they had already shipped it, but I have not received a tracking number. It is now four days after buying the wine, and there is
- no response from the company
- no tracking number
- nobody answers the phone
i do not think this is a how real company treats customers.

Wonderful service!
I’m really, really satisfied with Olyrevino. First of all the selection is very good and I could bought a wine that I tasted in Milan and I loved it.
I had a delivery problem with a Fedex delivery and it solved by them in a very kind way.The box with the wine was missed and as soon they have notice that they send me another one with no expenses at all.
From that day on I’m a loyal Oltrevino client.
Thanks for everything!!!!
