I was given a trial sample and it helped with arthritic pain.
I was given a trial sample and it made difference to arthritic pain that I have in my back, hand and ankle. My delivery arrived speedily. I am very pleased with this product, that is why I bought 2. I have already recommended to family and friends who also suffer from arthritic pain. It smells good too. :)

I often gets joint pain and sciatica pain. i have tried many different over the counter pain balm and many on NHS prescription. so far this this one of the good one that helps in healing and gives relief. Its easy to order and good to get.

It’s very good, had fall on holiday and jerked my shoulder ,I put some on my shoulder and it’s really helped just glad I ordered before holiday as it was there in post as we got home

Disappointing.
Having used the standard balm for over a year with success I thought I’d try the new “ultra version”
The only good point for me is the smell wasn’t as strong, the performance was lacking. When my hands are at the worst “the balm” quickly reduces pain & redness swelling.
This new improved ultra did not. I felt no release even when I soley used that product I got no relief.
Very disappointing especially as I bought 3 (for family as well)
No thank you I’ll stick with the normal balm.
