Previously used awning/tent…
We bought a previously used awning/tent to save a little money and keep it from to landfill. It was exactly as described, absolutely nothing wrong with, just a few signs it had been used like scuffed paint were the pole slotted together and dry grass on the bottom. Item arrived quicker than expected, well packed.

Experience of product ordering, delivery and fitting
Information on status of order from placement to delivery was great and delivery was really fast.
The product feels good quality and although there were no instructions with it my husband and I were able to get it on the caravan quite easily. The strapping means it adjusts to fit well.
As per the video you will need two people and a way of getting the cover up and over the roof. In the video they used poles but a ladder works just fine.
We will let the winter weather in Wales be the judge of the quality of the product.
