Deceptive company. I was already suspicious but needed something specific for an event, and saw the company claims to be based in London, plus they have a returns webpage. Not true! The products come from Asia and cannot be returned at all. You are stuck with your product once you purchased it.
This company is a very bad company, keep away from them.
They have no offices in London UK and there phone number is not working, they have nothing in China, I have now try to get a return label or a address in China from them, they sent me no address.
