Je pense que ce serais bien d'avoir de personnes specifiques de contact. De plus quand nous appelons le numéro support qui est sur le website nous avons pas de réponse. The system requires us to only have one person of contact on the clients end, this is difficult as we are a fiduciary and our whole team works for our clients therefore it does not serve us well to have our suppport tickets cancelled because we are not the initiator of the bank account.

I cannot recommend to anybody to use this bank. It's nearly a scamming scheme. At the very moment we started to receive larger amounts billed that is a bill of 98000 they froze the account without warning. We discovered it as the rental payment would not get through. They took 4 days to confirm the account was frozen apparently for a missing second ID which was submitted but still they have not been willing 4 days later to unfreeze the account.

Opening account
The process to open the account needed 6 months with a continuous request of documents. The compliance dipartment was not effective.

I can't login to my account online, there is a bug!
I can't login to my account online. I inform my user code and click connect, then there comes a message saying I should authorize cookies in my browser (which I already have!). I never manage to pass this point and, therefore, cannot manage my account!! the funds are there and I can't do anything.

And you know what? Today there is no rejection regarding to spam. But there is message saying „We were unable to identify the origin of your request, so your message is not supported.”
Considering that last time you have made some moves not after emails but after TRUSTPILOT review please pass the info to the right person. Client number 02000010791
And please note that this is the last message from me, I won’t waste any more time for stupid messages with you that don’t mean nothing. I want my money back or I will take legal steps against you.

After contacting my lawyer I have some information for you.
Due to the fact that you feel for returning initial deposit (confirmed in last email from you) and you having all the information needed to make the return (double confirmed IBAN for the return) and your words from last email declaring return of money mid-week at the latest.
I demand returning the initial deposit of 701 euros to my account LT223250076107998538 as soon as possible. I demand sending me confirmation of the transfer by the end of tomorrow. If you won’t stand up to your own words I will file charges through Polish court and also file suspicion of fraud at local police station attaching all the conversations made with Olky support via email.
I won’t tolerate any extension in time or form anymore.
To say that in simple words I am sick and tired of your lack of action supporting your words, long waiting for responses and feeling like I’m being scammed. I won’t let you do that any longer.

Disappointing Experience with OlkyPay
I opened an account with OlkyPay two weeks ago, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to get my account verified, I am still waiting. Currently, I have €300 stuck in my account, and there's no way to access or use these funds.
I have sent two emails to their support team, hoping for some assistance or at least an acknowledgment, but I have received absolutely no response. Their customer support is practically non-existent.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OlkyPay as a reliable neo-bank. The lack of communication and the delay in account verification are unacceptable.

Absolute scammers
You have to deposit the opening fee before they even decide they will open your account or not. I deposited the opening fee and after asking crazy amount of information and documentation through NOT ENCRYPTED EMAILS they sent me an invoice with all the money I deposited in my olky account. They took ALL my money and they said sorry we can't open for you an account and we will keep all the money as ( hourly research time ).
They are definitely scammers and I am very glad they won't board me in, because with their way of processing data through non encrypted emails and stealing clients money, i wouldn't trust them with my company funds anyway.
