Bad Quality by Arsenal
Before event all was fine.
But description not 100% good.
Very bad service and quality by Arsenal and too high price by Olka.
Meal incl. but on site I chose 1 of 4 meals and had to add 2,24£.
So ridiculous if you pay so much and so big club. Hot chocolate tasted like water, maximum half small spoon of chocolate powder inside. And cappuccino was OK, but coffee only little warm, almost cold. All bad service and price. Disgrace for this price.

Disappointing
It was disappointing to see the price difference “ face value” as they call it on the ticket. It says 60Euros per ticket and they charged us around 250 euros per ticket. This doesn’t justify their commission nor service charges. Hopeless

We bought tickets to see Liverpool at Anfield 21/9.
