Item paid for but never dispatched. Seller claimed no stock while still listing it at a higher price. Tried to get me to cancel to avoid honouring the price. Refund only issued after I escalated. Feels like a bait-and-switch. Avoid.

First time I have used this company and have been very impressed Ordering was a breeze. I was kept up to date with e-mail information from start to delivery. And find it hard to believe that the item was delivered within three days; experiences I've had with other companies have been a great deal longer!
The item I bought - an orthopedic pillow - was as a gift and the recipient is really, really pleased with it.
So thank you Olivia Rocco for great service and a great product.

Sheets advertised as cotton blend but when I received them they were 100% Polyester.

The design of duvet cover I bought is very nice. It has little dots of colour which I hadn't actually noticed online. The cotton feel is fine. For the price it's good.

We just recently ordered the leaf patterned teddy fleece duvet set by Olivia rocco and we are so glad we have done.
The duvet set is gorgeously soft and cosy and the the quality at such an affordable price is excellent. The natural colour looks very warming and goes perfect in our bedroom and the style looks very high end.
We are now thinking that we will be purchasing another set for us in a different colour and we are also thinking about buying one for my elderly father in law who is now not in the best of health but never grumbles. Given the cold weather we feel it will be perfect and beneficial to him. Especially as he was rushed into hospital recently and so we feel this is something he will love and need during this cold weather. And now feeling the cold more.
We highly recommend this beautiful duvet set for anyone but highly rate it as a gift for anyone who may have an elderly relative or friend as they will appreciate the love and care that one gives with this as the recipient will be so grateful to receive such a wonderful gift to help keep them warm . Its just the perfect gift to give them. Thank you so much .

Purchase a what I thought was extra large bath room mat. The bathroom is large
an double bed could fit in to.
The item arrived and was a standard size mat.
I returned the item November, 8th 2025 due the size not what I expected. I ordered an extra large bath mat instead I received an ordinary small size matt.
Due to Christmas period and I was patience regarding the refund.
I had heard anything from the supplier.

Overall a very poor experience with Olivia Rocco a painful woeful with outlet returned item unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt from the post office but for less than £10 I expected them to put that money back in my account that you had received a confirmation of the item being dropped off and scanned in at the post office.

Contact them via email, supplier wholesale whom ever I have not been credited me back the £8 for the item I would not buy a single thing from this website ever again…
difficult rare experiences where a supplier has refused to refund any item. I’ve shopped online as for years and as long as the thing is sent back in good order with the label not wore not soiled or used so the supplier can even discount or do whatever they need to do but like for like they shouldn’t happen.

I will never purchase or recommend them as a reliable, honourable online transaction. The it’s not a significant amount it’s just based up on the trust principles which we all shop under now in this transactional sales world and the fact that they’re not going refund the money I just find it this disgusting.

Ordered a variety of nightwear in the sale because the prices were too good to miss but I wasn't too convinced they'd be decent quality. After a very short wait they arrived and I was delighted by the quality and style...delightful patterns. So nice to find a trustworthy company which is based in England on Facebook!

Dressing gown lovely and soft but very thin. And not made very well. Delivery ok.
