I was a bit oh no what have I done is this a big mistake was very skeptical after I placed my order but no absolutely perfect looks great haven't taken the item off since I recieved it I purchased personalised birthstone necklace and a personalised tennis bracelet im extremely happy 😊

Omg love our bracelets. Got matching ones with my 13 year old daughter for her middle school grad and they are beautiful. Love that they don’t tarnish in water and are stunning will be placing an order in the future.

Ordered a nice looking bracelet , never arrived, contacted them they said it had been delayed, then delivered, tried to phone, no answer, it's a big rip off. Do not bother with this company, complete fraudsters

I *want* to love it however after spending $$$, waiting almost a month for it and only wearing it a day, the "gold" is starting to tarnish. I ordered $300 worth for the "free tennis bracelet" which is very cheap and I'm sure won't last long either. I am very disappointed with this purchase/seller and suggest you go elsewhere to find better, tarnish free jewelry that I know exists but was scammed. The quality is just not what you'd expect you'd pay for and after waiting a bit it's really disappointing to say the least.

My original order had a slight issue, and they immediately replaced my necklaces and got new ones out really fast. They were really professional and I felt like it was great customer service!! Love my necklaces, and will wear them for a long time. Classic and well made.

I wasn’t a 100% satisfied with s custom piece I ordered,and when it was brought to their attention, they immediately offered me store credit to have it remade. Amazing customer service and support.
