The watch display failed within 1 week, tried contacting the seller no response what so ever.
I have started a dispute with my credit card company.
With a awful lot of research I have found that this company is a registered company, but has not put his tax returns in yet.
He is using the genuine Olevs company Webb page as a front to misled customers.
His name is Nguyen Xuan, Manh he's Vietnamese.

Stay well away from this conman
First let me say that there are several Olevs locations on the internet where you can buy olevs watches. This particular one is a ripoff. I purchased a watch from them and it included a 100 days to return the watch in. After I receive the watch I took it out of the box and wore it for three or four days to see if it was going to work for me. It is a health watch so I needed to see if the blood pressure, oxygen levels, and other medical parts of the watch actually worked.
I was also concerned about the watch crystal being too soft and scratching too easily. That's the reason we're placing my current watch. The watch crystal turn out to be so soft that it actually scratched while I was putting the bands on.
So I contacted them and asked for return authorization on it. They inform me that I would have to send it back to China at a cost of $40 and then if it had been used they would not refund me the money or would they return the watch. So basically by testing the watch out I managed to use it making it impossible to return.
Just a point about the watch as well, all the measurements in the watch are based on metric system. They were not convertible to the US / international system.
I have now found a grievance with PayPal to try to get them to credit watch.
