Wrong item received. No resolution. Radio Silence
I received the wrong item and contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue. CS returned my email the next day (I think they are overseas so it's not a big deal) and asked me to send photos of the product they sent. I complied as requested and they responded with a "we're taking a look" email. From then on, radio silence. I have emailed everyday since asking for a status and there has been no reply. I am not sure what status my order is in. I'll be happy to return the item they sent since it is not what I ordered, but I have received absolutely no instruction whatsoever.

Didn't ship for over a month
Didn't ship for over a month. Definitely a drop ship of AliExpress. When I asked for a refund as per their policy, they finally shipped instead of giving the refund. Definitely avoid
Update 3 months later: still not item arrival, tracking provided hasn't had any change in weeks.
