I'm naturally inspired
I really wanted this book. I've started my journey to weight loss. The day before my birthday, so this is my natural gift to myself. And the day of the cc storm of Isaias. It inspired me but..... I did not like all the extras. I'm focused on the Book. Let me try that. Once I've got my niche and feeling good, then introduce other things to m e. The extras are too much for me and I would not know where to start, what to try first, next, confused. But thank you for cc the Book. Amen , God bless.
