We are a Veteran owned and family ran private studio gym and supplement store. We started our business in the hope to give people a more personal space and close interaction with their coach. Old Mate’s mission is to help people achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Since opening the gym we have now been working closely with an Australian Nutritionist to expand our assistance to your training goals by creating our own supplement brand. We have recently launched our products on Old Mate’s online supplement store. Old Mate’s aim is to provide our customers with top quality Australian products. We have a various range to suit everyone’s needs, including Vegan, Lean, Pre and Post workout products with the hope to expand this as we grow.
