I am extremely disappointed with this company.

I have repeatedly informed customer support that my shipping address is incorrect. I was even told over the phone that the address had been corrected in the system.

Nevertheless, according to Hermes, the package is still being sent to the wrong address. This clearly shows that either my request was completely ignored or there is absolute chaos internally.

The worst part is:
The package was still in the warehouse—it could have been corrected without any problem. I wrote to them again afterward—no further response from support.

This kind of behavior is simply unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers.

If you can’t rely on what support tells you and are then completely ignored, something is fundamentally wrong here.

Conclusion:

* Poor customer service
* No reliability
* Communication = 0

I will definitely never order from here again and can only advise everyone to be cautious.

I recently bought a table from Old Inn Wonen and I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience.

From the beginning, the communication was excellent. Before placing my order, I asked if it would be possible to receive some extra photos of the table so I could see more details. They responded quickly and kindly sent me additional pictures. That kind of helpful and friendly service really gave me confidence in buying from them.

Another feature that I really appreciated fast delivery and there is a live delivery tracking. Being able to track the delivery in real time made the whole process very convenient and stress‑free. I knew exactly when my table would arrive, which is something I wish more furniture stores would offer.

When the table finally arrived, I was honestly impressed by the quality. The materials feel very solid and the finish is beautiful. It looks even better in real life than in the photos. You can really tell that the furniture is made with care and attention to detail. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.

And the best part? Even my mother‑in‑law was impressed, which says a lot! 😄 She immediately complimented the table and how stylish it looks in our home.

Because of this great experience, I’m already planning my next purchase. I’m currently looking at their Japandi-style chairs, which I think would match the table perfectly and complete the dining area.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Old Inn Wonen: great communication, transparent delivery tracking, good prices, and beautiful high-quality furniture. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stylish furniture and a reliable shopping experience. I will certainly be ordering from them again! ✨

We ordered a really beautiful table which was extremely affordable and arrived very quickly with really good communication. The quality of the table is fantastic. Unfortunately, it's a little bit too big (which is my fault) for our house, so we need to return it. But we'll definitely be looking for a more suitable table from Olden. Great experience!

Positive experience with OldInn so far. I ordered a TV Meubel, however due to my error I missed the scheduled delivery. However on contacting customer service OldInn were quick to respond and willing to reschedule free of charge.

Very bad Costumer Support and long delivery.

I've been waiting for my coffee table for over 8 weeks now. The delivery time was stated to be 4-6 weeks, and the item hasn't even been shipped. Many email inquiries are either ignored or they say "the item will be shipped this week." But so far, there's been no sign of the table.

We saw a beautiful dining table from Oldinn exhibited at Loods5 showroom in Zaandam. We wanted to buy it for our new house so we placed an order through their website. The table arrived within 3 weeks of placing the order and the delivery people were nice and helpful to bring it inside. We could pay on delivery which was very handy as well. A very nice and helpful lady from oldinn called to confirm the delivery timing. The table is as we expected it to be. Very high quality and the assembly was easy. We would highly recommend oldinn to anyone looking for high quality wood furniture.

Placed an order for a beautiful table in the beginning of February. Delivery time was estimated at 10 to 12 weeks. This week I received an email stating that the table would be delivered on Monday! After a quick phone call with very helpful staff we were able to get the right date for delivery.

Delivery and installation was perfect and the table is absolutely gorgeous. High quality and looks durable. Will buy some care items for the wood to make sure it will last.

Very happy will definitely buy from them in the future!

Edit: if you read their reply, their ignorance is showing. They are blaming their partner company when actually they are the ones most at fault. Clearly didnt read my post properly. DISGUSTING!

We chose to buy a from a "dropship company" that sells oldinn furniture due to "in stock" and delivery in "1-12 days" on advertisement. Was happy to recieve a mail the next morning that the supplier old inn wonen had the table in stock and that it is being sent.. 12 working days later no communication was recieved again. I called "dropship company" and they said that it was odd but that they will contact the OLD INN WONEN and I should hear from them soon. 3 working days later still no communication. Called them again and they say no OLD INN WONEN definately sent a mail for delivery arrangement, I should check my spam... checked everywhere, nothing...
called again, now more furious 16 working days after sale. Finally recieved a mail in my normal mail box, table to be delivered another 2 weeks later. Thus a month and a half after I paid for it. I then called the supplier old inn wonen directly.

The reason they give is due to high load. Unfortunatly my zip code (same province) will only be serviced then. When asked why they didnt communicate, they just shrugged and said they must have forgotton to send me a mail because
they usually do. When I offered to fetch it myself they were happy to arrage that. Thus, there is no sense of customer care at all. They are only interested in profit. They will not deliver until their van is filled, you as a customer have to wait. I have no problem with waiting, but being dishonest with advertising to make a sale does not sit well with me. I checked and the website still claims 1 - 12 working days, while they are aware that is not possible.

When we went to fetch the table at old inn wonen they offered 25% discount on our next item, which firstly Im not interested in spending any money with them again, and secondly these type of companies always run "discounts" on everything, thus there is nothing special about that. Im sure they wont allow my 25% on top of another special. They underestimate their clients intellegence.

I recently purchased this table, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The design is very nice, and the build is incredibly sturdy. It brings both style and durability to my space. Highly recommended.

When we ordered our dining table they said delivery time in 6 weeks, it took 9 weeks in total. When it was finally delivered, they didn’t send the screws, so that took another week to arrive. After 10 weeks of waiting, we finally got our table together only to realize the table top warps so badly, it’s almost like a wavy top. When you put a plate down it it doesn’t stay flat but wobbles because the tabletop is warped.

We asked them and they said it’s normal that it warps. But to this extent? The weird thing is that the bottom is completely flat, which makes us think the top was exposed to moisture. What’s the point of having a dining table that can’t let you have a meal properly.
