I needed a balance bike for my sons birthday and they offered next day delivery which I went for. As promised it came next day but I realized I needed a helmet too - no worries! The guy at the toy shop I spoke to got the helmet to me in time for my sons birthday too! Really helpful and have used them since for a dolls house for my daughter.
