Exceptional service from Old Fashioned Bathrooms. I would use them again without question. Paul answered all my questions quickly, with care and attention; Jade replied to my emails promptly and efficiently (no AI/robots involved!). We had a few problems due to no fault of the company but they were resolved without fuss. In what became a stressful situation, it was a pleasure to deal with Old Fashioned Bathrooms.

quick and efficient delivery. Excellent product.
Instructions could be more clearly explained and the rubber fittings were almost impossible to fit so I used the much simpler wingnut and washer. It would have been helpful to offer that as an alternative.

There was a problem (caused by the delivery company) with the first delivery and the panels were quickly replaced without hesitation.
