Customer service is outstanding from the showroom to the delivery men! There was absolutely no pressure walking through the showroom and my husband and I did not feel as though a salesperson was watching every movement as we browsed. When we finally made up our mind, our saleswoman was very thorough, did her best to ensure we received the best price and thoroughly explained their policies and warranties. And I can't say enough about the deliverymen....what professionals! They came and surveyed the area for the furniture to be placed, took down any wall hangings that might be in the way and made sure we were satisfied with the set up before they left. They also made sure to take away all the wrapping as well. Definitely recommend Old Brick to everyone.

We have purchased furniture from Old Brick numerous times over the years and always been satisfied. We really like that there is no pressure and they do not stalk you when you walk through the door like some of the other furniture stores in the area. Have purchased everything from clearance items and matresses to Amish furniture and always good delivery and set-up. Selling solid wood furniture made in America is great also!

We had a wonderful lady at the Old Brick in Albany, NY help us with our purchase of an oversized chair and ottoman. I often find the salespeople in furniture stores to be clingy and annoying but the employees at Old Brick were not like that at all. Our sales associate was very helpful when we needed her to be. We are very happy with the quality of our purchase as well!

The furniture I purchased fits great with my decor. The service was great. When they called tell me the time line is was perfect and they were there early. That never happens. Very happy with the delivery people also.

I have been an Old Brick customer for many, many years. Our most recent purchase was a mattress/box spring set. The salesman who ended up helping us, Andrew, was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. I loved the fact that there was no pressure as we weighed our options and when we were ready to make the sale Andrew was there to help us once again. The delivery went smoothly, they took the old and set us up with the new. A+++

Your sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery people were very pleasant and professional. We tell all of our friends about the great experience.

We always love shopping at the Old Brick. The staff is courteous and they do not hover over you and push you into anything. Love this store!

Absolutely terrible. All signs on the furniture saying it is available in 30 days is a lie. The original salesman said would be ready by July 4th which was weeks. This then later turned into July 11th which would have been 30 days. After this they said it was actually a 45 day wait. When July 21st rolled around they said next tuesday at THE VERY LATEST. I took off from work for the delivery as they ensured it would be that day and then when they never called I reached out again. They now are saying August 8th! Their return policy is 30% for an order of about $2000. The guy knew it was their fault and didn't offer a full refund even. Terrible business model for someone who was goin to be a repeat customer. Wreck less with their customers and the salesman essentially offered me $95 for sitting on my floor for 2 months which is an absolute joke. Will never purchase here again and am thinking about cancelling the order should my credit card refund the full amount. DO NOT PAY CASH bc they will just keep your money with no service. I talked about this with a couple other people who have had problems with them as well. I was new to the area and made a mistake by coming here.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience at the Old Brick! My sales associate was knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and a pleasure to work with. The selection and quality are amazing. I highly recommend the Old Brick!

Loved the store and how we were not hovered over by salespeople. Loved those who answered the phone when I called with questions on delivery! Loved the delivery guys they were awsome! Love my new living room and so does everyone who sees it!!

I had a wonderful experience buying a mattress for a guest bedroom. The purchase was impromptu for an unexpected guest, but I told Brian what I was looking for and he led me to exactly that. It was an unexpectedly painless purchase! Many thanks!

We've been shopping Old Brick for many years. Quality is great, friendly salespeople and efficient delivery people. I love the way the delivery people call in the morning and give you a timeframe for when they will arrive so you don't have to hang around all day for them. We couldn't be happier with our most recent purchase.

We purchased a new master bedroom set at a great price. Only complaint would be that we have not received all pieces because had to order 2 of them at full price instead of sale price. Shouldnt advertise sale price until last piece is on the floor. We didn't buy a mattress because we couldnt agree on firmness and want to shop price. Our sales guy was great, very knowledgeable and patient. We have also purchased several things here before and have yet to have a bad experience.

My overall experience was very good at Old Brick. My salesman was very noligable on all of the mattresses.
The only negative I can say was that he was very pushy to sell me a very expensive cover for the mattress, I understood the reasoning behind this but I had just spent $700 I didn't want to spend another $200+ for a cover.

We were not pressured, rather we told our salesman what we wanted. He was pleasant, made suggestions and we are extremely happy with our purchases, We will be sure to return when any more purchases are needed!
