Still an ongoing dispute, after I was told I would receive a full refund if I closed the PayPal dispute they now tell me I have to pay to return the substandard items to China. I have now reported them to facebook and the UK trading standards, they deceive and misrepresent and seem to don't with impunity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

!!Fake website. DO NOT ORDER!!! No company exists in Covent Garden. I checked on Companies House. The CEO is an Indian 24 year old national with residence showing as India. The companies physical address is Blackpool NOT Covent Garden. Please don't be fooled like me. The website looks legit but the Covent Garden address is fake and possibly the reviews on there too. No phone number either. AI is being used to write quick responses to emails but nothing is being done. I've reported this to Trading Standards. I ordered 5 linen shirts. They took over 20 days to arrive and the quality was so shocking they would have to be binned. Not linen and looked like they had been stitched by a blind man. I was told to return them to China. Paid DPD to return them and now showing as stuck in Chinese customs. Have emailed old London several times but being ignored. Lost over £100.

I purchased 3 pairs of supposedly…
I purchased 3 pairs of supposedly orthopaedic sandals. They do not have have any support for the bed of your foot. I only bought these as I need support for both feet, since diagnosis’s I try and only by footwear that states they are orthopaedic.
These are cheap plastic and not even worth £10 a pair, let alone £26 per pair.
Very disappointed as these clearly did not come from a London shop, more like China or equivalent.
They also took slightly longer for delivery than stated.

seems like a scam to me.
I placed an order for a Comfort Linen Blazer and soon regretted it. After several days of the order not being updated I read the Trustpilot reviews and panicked. their TP score on their website is very different from their actual score!! also it seems funny how its a 50/50 split between top score of 5 and lowest score of 1 in the reviews. If I were a betting man i would put all I had on the % star reviews being fake just to keep the score up. and so basic too why not throw in a couple of 3's, 4's too just to make it seem realy?
anyway I requested a cancellation and refund only to be told that the order was now being processed so too late to cancel. I explained that by their own admission they hadn't even sent the item almost a week after it was ordered (so much for speedy delivery!!) and again I was told they would not refund until I received the product then I would have to return it and await a refund. I asked where the item was coming from as they say they are London based and was told it was coming from Singapore !!!!!. another week later and I still don't have my item. I will be contacting my Bank to see what they can do and trading standards to see what they have to say about these companies scamming on social media, these guys are not the only ones doing it. Meta should be ashamed they don't control these guys better.

I bought a pair of casual shoes from…
I bought a pair of casual shoes from them and didnt expect much as only paid £26.
They arrived a couple of weeks later from China and clearly came from Temu or Ali Express.
Their web page says London based which may be true but they are no doubt buying direct from China and using their web page as a front.
I saw the same shoes on Temu for less than £8.
Buyers beware. Do ypur research and buy direct from Temu or elsewhere and save yourself some money as that is the quality you are getting.
It has to be said it is a good business model!

I ordered a supposedly linen jacket in baige, it arrived from China scrunched up into a plastic bag absolutely cheap and nasty as it could get and creased up like an old dish rag. It wasn't baige either it was yellow. I'm disgusted, it's going back and I want a full refund from these scammers
Despite the reply below and emailing their team with pictures of the offending garment attached to the email I still haven't received a reply🤬
Further update...still no reply to my emails to them at the email address they suggested. I'm going for refund resolution on PayPal 🤬

Ordered because it stated fast delivery and company based in London however once ordered I received an email to say item will be delayed because of how in demand they were. This is not the case it’s because they are not based in London it’s China. Took over 3 weeks to deliver and Callaway golf jacket is fake !! Material awful, no labels, poor sizing and does not fit, contacted company and they do not recognise my order, waiting to hear back but from reading these reviews looks like I’ll be told to pay postage to China to return item. Feel really disappointed that a company can charge these prices for fake items and get away with it. Will be looking into how to report them.

You have to know that this Old London isn’t located in UK, but in some Beijing a…hole! Chinese products delivered not in 5 days as promised, but in 3 weeks. I ordered mine on July 24th, it will arrive on August 14th.
Moreover, they’re lying on their own site even about Trustpilot score pretending is 4,5 stars. Of course, most of products are just resales from Temu.

OMG, wot absolute crap. Ordered 2 weeks ago, and have just been delivered from China. 3 pairs of Marco cargo shorts that are made from the cheapest nylon, and sewn by a blind old woman !!!
