THIS IS A SCAM APP, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT PAID 4K APPOINTMENT WAS NOT BOOKED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL. MY MOM SUFFERS FROM BP AND I HAD THE WORST TIME. THEY DID NOT REFUND ME.

My experience is very very worst i will mot recommend just now i paid 2k online video consultation doctor came only for 5 minutes he didn’t listen me properly and their customer service they did not fix m mentioning the doctor profile waste of money its totally m really really disappointed.

Dear Sir,
Today I reached south city hospital before the given time for Dr. Gohar Alam's appointment booked on 1st October, then I suddenly came to know that Dr is not available in town and hospital informed me that Oladoc is not connected with hospital at all.
My question is if the Oladoc is not officially connected with the hospital then why Oladoc using name of hospital in the massage as "REGARDS SOUTH CITY HOSPITAL".
I just called Oladoc helpline and the representative told me that we are connected with the hospital it's all hospital negligence.
Please check this and clear who is responsible for this issue.

I paid them the money and finally got consulted by a dermatologist after trying their shit app many tme and she was in so hurry and she told me that she will add my prescription on the app it's been 3 days I have not got my prescription even after chasing them on email as well

Scheduled an appointment with a psychologist Dr Ramsha Waleed, she prescribed medicine which is supposed to be done by psychiatrist. We booked appointment for counseling not medicine. All she did was telling us to breath in and out. WE KNOW THAT ALREADY. We are coming to you because we need better guidance. And then she said please get checkup from psychologist! YOU ARE A PSYCHOLOGIST, that's what you have mentioned in your profile. She is scaming people, and app doesnt let us leave bad review for doctors that's why you'll only see good reviews.

Extremely horrible platform as most of the doctors are simply a time waster and dodgy. These SCAMMERS are simply stealing the money and not replying to you.
I DO NOT recommend them at all, as it is one of the worst platforms to see doctors.
