Ola is charging customers like anything, taking triple times charges during the day time, taking money unnecessary just for a 5 min distance to go to next layout they ask charges close to Rs.100 upon this they want us to donate Rs.1extra, on top of these they block drivers from accepting rides and ask us to choose the extra tips to get the fastest ride like Rs.10,20,30,40,50. So where is this ola going and for what purpose they are taking soo much of money for the ride when the metre itself will not cross even the minimum charge of Rs.30? Who gave them the rights to charge soo much, Upon all these unprofessional, rude, using abusive language drivers. Ola is ignoring all the customers reviews but some day all these reviews will be counted and hope they will give atleast a basic services to the customers. The driver was excessively unprofessional and rude. He tried taking a different route inspite of the police warning him not to and fought with me when I protested and requested that he takes the map route. He crashed into a car from the right side in his frenzy of going fast. He showed me a false image of trip fare showing 304 when clearly my ride was 234 rupees. When I challenged, the same he started arguing in my workplace. This is highly unsafe and irresponsible as OLA has no safety features. I hope OLA either acknowledges their mistakes and brings reforms or it SHUTS DOWN FOR GOOD before killing it's passengers and saving their drivers

Ola app is in a class by itself regarding how opaque it is. Totally evasive and dodgy. Furthermore no phone numbers. No email id to raise complaints. Perhaps they're aware how shoddy their app is,how economical it is, with details. It's surviving only because it's an oligopoly.

Do humanity a favour and never take OLA CABS.Opt for other ride sharing services as OLA is just plain useless in selecting safe drivers as we requested a ride from Rajivgandhi international airport to home.
Our driver was very rude and would not turn AC on a hot summer day and demanded extra money.The drive was erratic and rash and we had to abandon the trip into 2 mins of the ride and requested to return back to the pickup spot only to survive and stay alive.
People…….. just stay away from OLA as neither them nor the drivers who drive for OLA have any concern for passengers.
