Claims the pans are 100% titanium, but they finally admitted that they are a composite with an aluminium core and steel base. Very misleading advertising - these composite pans can be purchased for about £45 less than the sale price on their website. So far they have offered me 20%, 30% and 45% partial refund if I keep the pan, but even with the 45% that would be overpaying for what is not a pure titanium pan.

After a few hours of placing the order I contacted their support to cancel. They basically went into delay tactics repeatedly saying they were sending the cancellation to their warehouse. One item after four weeks another item after six weeks nothing in branded packaging and the pan handles needed to be screwed on with a little spanner. They were actually dirty I will try and return but given the interactions I'm not hopeful. This is a BS company. If you want these go direct to Timu at 20% the cost.

Good quality and food turned out great(low heat required) Super easy to clean. My Partner loves them too

In my view this is a scam. Pans do not work as advertised. Everything sticks and very difficult to clean (even if you follow their instructions and heat pan for a few minutes on medium heat, before adding oil)
Of course you don't know that until you try use them. By then, you have blown it, as their refund policy is only if in original packaging (unused).
Save yourself some heartache and money. DO NOT BUY!!

The pan is not non-stick. Even a simple sunnyside up sticks to the bottom with ample fat on the pan. I followed the directions exactly and never overheated the pan. The burnt parts of the food that stick to the pan were difficult to scrap off due to the uneven surface. I'm not satisfied at all by the quality that was promised in the ads. Also, I wrote back to the company regarding a return but never heard back from them.

After a long wait, received my 10” Okura pan with lid. No Okura box, just a cheap cardboard wrap, sent from China. Bubble wrap around glass top. Glass top is dangerously chipped at the center knob hole, and unusable. Missing hardware to attach the handle. The pan looks cheap, nothing like the gleaming pans on the website. 5 email exchanges, and they finally asked what was wrong, when I explained it in detail with photos all 5 times. I would really recommend people run away from the thought of purchasing Okura cookware.

DON’T BUY!!!! MISLEADING ADS!!!!
*Delivery time - one month ;
*NO TITANIUM - just plain lousy quality stainless steel with poor finishing work;
*NOT made in Japan- it is made and delivered from China ;
*Price is way TOO HIGH for the lousy quality you buy;
Simply go to a physical shop and buy what you see.
Lessons learned, don’t trust the social media, don’t trust what they say!!!

Totally scam. Don’t buy!

Worst non-stick pan ever! i cooked bacon in it and it took 15 minutes of SCRUBBING to clean the pan. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they just keep sending me emails asking how I liked it.
Save your money! Rip-off to the max. NOT As Seen on TV.

I ordered a 10" Okura pan with lid. No order confirmation nor invoice but just one email from "SHOP" with useless tracking delivery link. After 10 days, the pan & lid arrived with a return address: Jerry(001)-Yasfbara (9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, Ca). My credit card had a transaction for $139.95.
To my surprise, for a high priced cookware, it is of poor quality (Not 100% Titanium, Not Made in Japan) with welding scratches and burns on the pan's surface and a broken lid's attachment.
The return cost is 100% on the buyer. So, it really means NO RETURN! To process a partial refund, you need to provide the order number. Since, No order confirmation with order number nor invoice was received via emails, it really means NO REFUND.! It is a SCAM. Drop-shipping! BEWARE and BEWARN!

False advertising! What i recieved looks nothing like whats advertised. Very disappointed. Im just happy I didnt buy a full set or knife's because I could get better off temu.
The pan was boxed and shipped straight from china. No details at all tying back to the brand other than a cheap, faded etch of their brand on the bottom. No invoice or anything, even the thankyou card inside the blank box was generic.
Quality is terrible and something I would expect from temu for $20, not $200 like I paid. I actually bought a similar one from temu and it looks more like their advertising than what I recieved.
Everything feels cheap, the handle is separate to the pan so you have to screw it together, unlike the photo that has pressed rivets in one piece. There is welding slag on the bolts and its alot smaller than expected.
I have contacted the company twice earlier in the week and still waiting for a response.
The arrogance of this company is outstanding. I know enough now to tell you these are rebranded allied express stainless steel pans. They have been tested. Mine was broken when it came, pan has broken sides so cant attach handles ,thrown in cheap packaging no nice warranty cards or brochure just some bubble wrap and tape. You can tell right away its Chinese mass produced rubbish. What's worse is they dont let you return they actually tell you its too expensive to return and will be lost. This is a cheap and nasty 20$ pan onselling for 400$. Not found one genuine person who successfully got their money back. Hard lesson to learn.
Received my pan the day and it works great. The cutting board is too small but works great
I received the free gift to go along with my pans. But for some reason, the pans have not showed up. I have sent two emails which says on their website they will answer within four hours and days later they have still not answered either one. The pans were actually in my hometown and then sent back for insufficient address, which makes no sense. The tracking info for this also didn’t show up till after it had gone back. I’m so confused. They only have one phone number supposedly it is a New York number and it is always busy.
First pan the handle broke off, after a while and photo they sent a new pan 😊👌
Lookout, 21 days after ordering and still waiting for the product I get an AI generated response to my WTF query telling me to hang tight. No tracking from a legitimate courier such as Fedex or UPS or USPS. Then an email arrives bragging “Fast Delivery, full tracking, lifetime warranty”. With the first two promises already broken before I receive the product I feel like I got scammed here and frankly, foresee a complicated and equally frustrating return process/experience.
Okura claims that it’s the last pan you’ll ever buy. That’s right it’ll be the the last pan that I’ll ever buy from Okura. Paid a lot of money for a pan that stuck and ruined my food every time I tried to use it. I followed their instructions to the letter before First use and was so disappointed with the pan. My $17 pan from Aldi works better. When asked for a refund they started with 10% refund then 20% then finally 35% refund which was the last offer. At the end it’s just a con job of selling a product which does not do what it’s supposed to do.
It suck fry pan. non stick fry pan it lie .
Fry two egg it stick pan. PLEASE DON'T BUY
Awesome weight, feel and use! Non stick all the way, flat bottom ideal for electric stoves and heats evenly.
I am enjoying cooking on my pans. With just a little hot water soak, they come clean. The stainless steel bottom is discoloring, can I use a scrubby on the bottom to clean it ? The shipping was slow, but did arrive within stated time frame, my box was a little crushed, but contents were ok. I got 3 frypans, and will save up for wok and saucepans for future purchase. Thank-you
