Terrible customer service, I emailed this company the day after my order delivered to advise by my error i had not ordered the right size and asked if i could return. Days later i got a reply from Andrea saying sorry for the delay if we can help let us know, so i again advised i would like to exchange is possible as i ordered the wrong size. It has now been 4 weeks and no response. I have emailed three times in the 4 weeks and still no reply. Very dissapointing

I purchased a man’s Oktoberfest Costume from Oktoberfestcostumes.com.au for Oktoberfest this year. Through my own error (forgot about it in post office) the outfit was shipped back to the sender the week before Oktoberfest, I contacted customer service and Andrea was so quick to respond and so helpful, they sent it back to me as soon as they received it and I got the outfit back on time.
Great customer service, outfit was true to size and good quality. Shirt is a very light material but this was ideal as it was a warm day.
Definitely recommend using this Australian owned business!
