SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT: They have my money AND the clothes.
I returned my order months ago, and despite their written confirmation on January 25th that a refund was coming, they have disappeared with my funds. They are ghosting a competitive fighter and student after keeping the returned gear.
I have officially reported their fraudulent behavior to econsumer.gov and triggered a bank chargeback. This shop is a disgrace to the MMA community. Do not give them a single cent unless you want to be robbed.

Hello,
We take this review very seriously and want to respond transparently for anyone reading.
We confirmed your refund on January 25th and have been trying to reach you since to process it. Multiple attempts to contact you have gone unanswered on our end, which is why the refund has not been completed — we need a valid response from you to finalize it on the same payment method, especially now that a chargeback has been opened in parallel (processing both would result in a double refund and create more complications).
Please reply to our latest email or send us a DM on Instagram @oktagon_officiel so we can close this dossier properly. We are fully committed to resolving this with you directly.
