I don't recommend going to the checkout. The staff is rude and arrogant! I don't recommend it. Furthermore, they wanted me to book at the checkout when the online price difference was €300 less. You read that right! At the checkout, they wanted to charge me €380 for a reservation I made online in 2 minutes for €88. Beware of opportunists. But what bothered me most was their lack of education; they need training for customer service!

Check in was excellent, very quick and efficient. Alexander was very helpful and polite Return was very good too. Would definitely recommend Ok mobility, tried most of the companies at the airport and they are by far the best.

Great service this has been our fifth time with OK mobility. When returning the car we had some questions about a missing spare tire but she gave clear information and show the solution in the car and told about the road assistance without pushing

Very bad experience with OK Mobility – Zagreb Airport

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with OK Mobility Rent a Car Zagreb Airport.

The company tries to charge additional fees that are unclear or unreasonable – for example extra charges for crossing the bridge to Krk Island or the Pelješac peninsula. The staff also tries to sell additional insurance even though full coverage insurance was already purchased.

The staff at the counter was very unfriendly, unprofessional and arrogant, which made the whole experience even worse.

Another major issue is the very high deposit of €1650 for the rental car. Instead of simply blocking the amount on the credit card, the money was actually charged from the card. Getting the deposit back was extremely difficult.

I had to wait about two and a half months, sending many emails and requests, before I finally received my deposit back.

In the end I did get my money back, but the whole process was stressful, frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

My recommendation: avoid this rental company if possible.
There are far more professional and transparent car rental providers.

Zero reliability.

Denied service with a prepaid booking. I had a shocking experience at the Alicante Airport branch. I arrived with a fully prepaid reservation and all necessary documents (ID, License, Credit Card), yet the staff member was incredibly rude and cancelled my booking on the spot for no reason.

As a frequent customer who has used them four times this year, I am appalled by this lack of professionalism. Do not risk your trip with this company; they can and will leave you without a car at the last minute.

Before I left the UK, I booked full insurance for the car. When I arrived in tenerife to pick the car up the representative never once spoke to me, he instead spent the 2 minutes it took to process the hire looking at a female customer in an unpleasant manner. At no point did he ask or gain my consent to add 120 euros to the credit card charge for insurance I did not want or need. I only realised upon return to the uk what they had done. Have complained and they are terrible. Told me go into the branch (in tenerife when i live in England) or use the EU complaints website even though i cannot use this as we are now not part of the EU. Be very careful of this company as the car charge is low and they are clearly boosting profits by adding on unwanted sales.

My flight to Alicante was delayed by two hours, I got to the OkMobility desk two hours & ten minutes late. The person behind the desk said the contract automatically cancels at two hours, so I lost my money. Only option given was hire another car for twice original fee or get a more expensive taxi. So, only option was to hire another car. You don’t get to see any paperwork as it’s emailed after signing the iPad. I only used the car to get to my property 74klm and return two weeks later, total 148klm and less than two hours driving. Once I got to the property I could download the T&C’s and damage report. In the T&C’s it clearly stated 4 hours grace after pickup time, obviously I was lied to at the desk. Unfortunately I had signed for an “upgrade” not being able to see this until later. I have been hiring cars at Alicante for over 10 years, I’m used to the hard sell insurance and accessories but first time I have been lied to and cheated by the desk guy. Avoid OkMobility and use others, they are not perfect but OkMobility are the worst in my experience.

Scam company. Forces you to pay for full covarage when you arrive of 4x the price of the original booking (450eur in our case).
