Excellent supplier of goodies for my OKI printer, but they've got a new website which avoids carriage charges. Wish they had told me earlier.

Ordered toner online and received it next day which was impressive indeed. The only downside is the very high cost of the toner.

Recieved cartridges for my OKI C5850 within 24 hours, but are they expensive, cost me more than the printer !

(I don't do that sort of thing.)

Items were ordered and delivered the next day which is very good. The one drawback is the high cost of postage charged because I am on the Isle of Wight. It costs no more to deliver to the Island than it does on the mainland, but carriers use it as an excuse to effectively overcharge for the service. No complaints at all however about the product or the speed with which the transaction was effected.

We have been using OKI Buyer for a number of years. They have always provided a prompt and totally reliable service. The online purchasing process makes light work of ordering our OKI products.

We review our suppliers periodically. We have not been able to find anyone to beet OKI Buyer on overall price.

Very fast delivery. Had to call technical support to assess the problem we were having. Left a message on the answering service late afternoon and an advisor called back the next morning. He was extremely helpful and talked me through the process to confirm what he guessed was the problem. New drum was ordered and received the next day. Back up and running. Very pleased with service and prices.

A fantastic service. No friction at all from the customer service to the delivery.

Have used them a few times with no problems

We have used OKI buyer on many occasion to buy new printer cartridges and were used to there next day delivery - however after spending over £900 for new printer cartridges (which we were desperate for!), only part of our order was received and we had to wait a further 4 days before receiving the right cartridge and unable to print for 5 days. Would of been nice for OKI buyer to have telephoned us to explain why they didn't have them in stock so we could have made alternative supply arrangements - but I had to call them to find out where they were!!!
May need to look at an alternative supplier next time....

Oki buyers website can be a little difficult to use because sometime when you type in the search bar it comes up with no results. The speed of service that the orders arrive if super efficient and I have found that OKI buyer is definitely the cheapest for genuine OKI products and consumables. But something which is out of OKI buyers control that it is less expensive to buy a new printer rather than a full set of high capacity toner cartridges.
I will always use OKI printers though as they provide outstanding results, I have tried others and they are most definitely no where near as good.

spot on fast service & delivery

Always have great service from OKI Buyer. Order one day, get delivery either next day or 2 days later. My only issue is the price of the products - we are spending a fortune on printer cartridges etc. Probably makes the printer not suitable for business use!

The prices for the cartridges are very reasonable and they arrive the next day.

In my experience CityLink, the courier that Okibuyer uses in the Ascot/Berkshire area, is unreliable and not service orientated. On several occasions I have ordered items from the web for next day delivery and then CityLink has failed to deliver the next day. On enquiry from the Sellers the report is always that courier driver had left a card saying the receiver was not in - I never once received a card as reported and then on re-delivery date was phoned by the CityLink driver to say he could not find my address. Please change courier companies Okibuyer or do not promise next day delivery!

I found the wbsite very easy to navigate to find what I was looking for. Best price and genuine OKI toner and image drum.

Absolutely no problems ordering or benefitting from next day delivery. However, it would be helpful if delivery tracking could be introduced as the driver didn't call in advance as requested. It would be good if prices could be *substantially* reduced when complete sets of toners, image drums, etc., are ordered.

No fuss, no packing / shipping errors, no delays...no problems.
