Brilliant service from the Sunninghill team. AIT the outsourced delivery company were terrible.
Helpful and efficient service by the Sunninghill store. Did some measurements of the sideboard for us over the phone and then we ordered it straightaway last Friday and it was delivered the following day. Brilliant. It was a sale item and we are delighted with it. As always.
Just one thing to add. The delivery by AIT was appalling. We’ve had lots of deliveries from OKA over the years by their dedicated team and it was always superb - friendly and authentic white glove service. The AIT team, to whom I assume OKA have outsourced their deliveries now, were rude and slapdash. Including effing out loud, chucking stuff around. Grim. White glove it was not.
But thank you OKA for your usual excellent service and products.

Many, many times I have purchased from Oka Sunninghill. I have also returned items that I tried and didn't quite fit my ascetic. They are always happy to help. No problem on returned items either, got to say absolute delight to shop there. Thank you ladies! Great store!
Great store! Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had been searching for a lampshade for a vase I already had; for me, the whole experience was stress free and such a joy.
I definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Helpful staff and love the products especially the fact that the accessories are matched to furnishings. I bought a rug, and was able to match cushions on my sofa to the rug. Especially great selection of cushions. Great selection of lamps too, and unique accessories

Excellent service - great quality - in person & online
Loved being able to look around the OKA store with excellent, friendly advice from the team there. I then went home, measured up and ordered online, having seen what I liked in the store.
Delivery was fast, well packaged. Item quality is great - a side table which looks lovely in my room. Will back back to order more accessories soon...

Went into the sunninghill store and had amazing service from all of the ladies there. I was looking to purchase new cushions for my sofas and they helped. When I needed an extra cushion they rang around stores to locate it for me and reserve. Thanks so much they look amazing.

Professional Service, excellent quality products in a relaxed environment.
Laura made us very welcome and advised us of various new products coming soon to the store. We were left to browse and ask any questions, without being harried at any time.
