Today I visited the Oka store in…
Today I visited the Oka store in Harrogate just to browse and ended up purchasing nine cushions. Michelle was incredibly helpful, suggesting a combination of cushions I wouldn't have chosen myself.
Michelle's approach was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Despite my purchase not being a high-ticket item like a sofa, she made me feel that my selection was just as important.
As an HR professional, I must say congratulations—you clearly hire and train your staff exceptionally well.
If only all customer service was like this! I will definitely be back and hope Michelle is there to assist me again (though the other colleagues seemed just as friendly).
