I had 20% code which said I could only do it online but they were able to sort it at the branch so would be a lot easier if it said branch or online .

Buying lamps in Broadway store
Buying lamps in Broadway store. The lamps were hand blown glass and a choice between three. Assistant willingly unplugged display lamp, quite tricky as on high shelf and took all two window for me to compare. A very helpful lady.

I was given great advice by a lady ( I think ) was named Kate . She was absolutely amazing
Great experience. I was helped by a lady called Kate ( I think ) . She was absolutely amazing and gave me some great advice on cushions . I would have never picked the ones she selected for me , but they are so perfect for my new sofas , I absolutely love them , thank you x

One of the sales assistants was really surly and border line rude to my daughter( age 25) as she was collecting an online order. I didn't get her name but she had a nose piercing and was in black.
For my order the manager and assistant - young woman in white top were fabulous.
A bit of customer service training needed and not to discriminate when serving younger customers maybe :)
