I had a recent delivery challenge with an arm chair and Natasha, Alex and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. They put customer first, and ensured that I had a chair ready to take home, in time for my guests to arrive. They saved the day. And ensured I am now a very loyal customer. Great service from your shop in Bath. I bought some beautiful linen cushion covers which are perfect on my sofa. I’d really like to buy some matching fabric to make a blind but can’t find it anywhere. It’s Chadhana in warm red/dark seafoam. Could someone let me know if it’s available by the metre.

Called into the Oka store in Bath for a look and browse at new items. Absolutely impressed by a member of staff, Linda. She was amazing with her tips for the artificial flowers and suggestions on what to put together for an autumnal display. I think you should give this lady the opportunity to make videos for the store! She is a natural, and really knowledgeable. When people are given too many choices we end up not buying anything because you can’t make your mind up. Have Linda talk to you for a few minutes and listening to her suggestions takes away all that indecision. I will definitely be coming back to listen to her suggestions.

I had trouble with an online order and…
I had trouble with an online order and had changed my mind with what to purchase . However , adding to my order meant I’d just missed out on the extra discount allocated for the bank holiday weekend . I spoke initially with Natasha and then Alex ( who followed up the replacement order ) and they both couldn’t have been more helpful . The extra discount was applied , and this encouraged me to purchase another product , so it was a win - win situation! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying online as their customer support is stupendous . You actually get to speak with someone who listens and sorts effectively! The products are always exceptional quality too .
