Very shady company.
I was near order something but bailed.
But somehow they went trough with the order and took my money.
Under other company name..
Sending it to two different places..

The item delivered was exactly as described. The delivery was fast. The only downside was the instruction manual which was not in the correct order and could not be followed correctly as if you did one screw hole would be missing.

Fast delivery, it was easy to make the furniture 👍🏻

I ordered a makeup table and received it very fast.
When it came, the mirror was broken. So I wrote to them and got an answer same day. And they send me a new one asap.
So from me it was all fantastic 😊

Putting stickers on the wooden plates would help out the customer identifying the plates alot faster 😊

I bought a washbasin from OK Living. On arrival, it was damaged. I wrote one single email documenting the damage. The next I knew they had sent a replacement, which arrived very quickly. Super service.

Good quality items and amazing customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this store and their handling of my order. I ordered a vanity table, which was split into three separate shipments. These shipments did not arrive on the same day but over a span of 10 days. It was incredibly frustrating to receive one part of the table and not be able to assemble it because the other two parts were still missing.

On top of that, the packaging was very poor. Several parts arrived damaged, and one part was clearly broken at the factory. This broken piece was placed in the middle of other parts, making it obvious that the damage was not caused by the delivery company.

When I contacted customer service to request replacement parts, I was told it wasn’t possible. Instead, I was required to return the entire table and wait for a new one, with no guarantee that the replacement would arrive undamaged. As compensation, they offered only a 15% refund, which is completely unacceptable for an unusable product.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Poor service, poor packaging, and poor handling of complaints.

Never received my parcel. Waited for more than a month.

Ordered few cd shelf which were on stock at the time of the purchase. Then it turns out they are not and the delivery was delayed. I was not informed about that until I asked about shipment's status myself. This could have been taken care of by proactive customer service. Overall, good experience this time but not great.
