This past week (Thursday), I received my scheduled shipment of Ojai Hemp Extract. I have a standing order of 4 units. Instead of receiving correct shipment, I received 3 units + a single unit of Sports Gel. I informed Ojai about this error on Friday and received a message on Saturday from Ojai Customer Support (Susan Contreras) that Ojai would ship the 4th bottle on Monday and to keep the Gel. Always have had great customer service from Ojai!
