OIS Services in Kuala Lumpur

I visited the OIS Services office in Kuala Lumpur after been informed of such services is available in Kuala Lumpur. Called the Centre and was greeted professionally. The Officer, Ms Yasmeen explained to me the procedure for getting the visa and she is very attentive to each question I had in mind. The next day, when I went to the centre, she again helped to explain on how to fill the online form and checked all the required documents prior submission. Very professional approach and the location of the centre is well located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

Recognizing Excellence

Faith D demonstrated pure professionalism and was particularly resourceful in facilitating my prompt completion of the visa application. He applied out of the box thinking to address issues (wrong payment currency, unsupported payment mode, etc) with my application. I was out of there in 30-45 minutes and received my passport/visa in the mail 3 days later. Kudos to OIS Services and the Nigerian High Commission Ottawa for providing such excellent services.
