We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. According to the delivery confirmation, the package was delivered to the Front Door/Porch on 11.04.26 at 12:37 PM (local time).
When you contacted us, we asked you to confirm a few required details and sign a short form via WhatsApp so we could open an investigation with the carrier. Unfortunately, we haven’t received that information back yet.
Please reply to our message and return the form as soon as possible. Once we receive it, we’ll immediately raise an investigation with USPS to help locate the parcel.
