I'd like to give you some honest and constructive feedback, especially because I truly love the brand.
The first corset came with a faulty seam. You were so attentive and sent me a second one, which I'm very grateful for.
The second corset has a small manufacturing defect (one of the bones is a little longer than it should be), but on my body it actually fit well, so it won't be a problem for me.
My suggestion to Oh Polly would be to review the quality control on this specific line of corsets, because it seems like there was a batch with inconsistent adjustments.
Overall, I still love the brand and I'm very thankful for Lauren's excellent customer service.

I had a small issue regarding a return…
I had a small issue regarding a return and initially received store credit instead of a refund.
However, the customer service team was very responsive and quickly resolved the situation once I reached out. My refund was processed efficiently and everything was handled smoothly.

I do not recommend this company at all.
Extremely disappointed with the entire experience. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I had to chase customer service, contact the delivery company, and fill out complicated paperwork just to try to resolve an issue that was not my fault.
The delivery service used is extremely unreliable, and it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Instead of offering proper support, the process was slow, frustrating, and overly bureaucratic.
After this experience, I have completely lost trust in the brand and I will not be ordering again. I do not recommend this company at all.

Poor quality compared to price
I purchased a dress for my daughter in October 2025 for homecoming, and she decided to wear it again for her birthday on April 26. When she took it out of her closet, we were shocked to find that a large number of the gemstones had fallen off and were scattered on the floor.
I contacted customer service, but they told me it had been over six months and they couldn’t assist. Considering how expensive the dress was, the quality is extremely disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Do not accept offer of store credit
Do not accept offer of store credit. I used the store credit to repurchase an item in the correct size as well as a new item. I returned the new item and kept the repurchased item now that I had the correct size. The refund was issued to the store credit once again and so far they’ve been unable to explain to me where it says this is their policy. I’ve effectively exchanged an item and returned a new item and my purchase is being returned for credit rather than money back to my card.

Unfortunately the carrier to deliver my package marked a misdelivery. My order contained dresses for my graduation and with the high demand of OhPollys dresses, I had to order quickly. When I brought this to OhPollys attention they acted quickly to ensure they had things covered & was very polite and understanding throughout a very high pressure situation.
