Fabulous bargains to be had

I have been ordering bundles from Oh my glam for over a year now and my gosh they are amazing value. I've got to try so many brands and products that normally I wouldn't due to their price point. I follow the company on insta and they regularly give code for free shipping which I'm all for. I detest paying shipping.

Amazing glam outlet options

Amazing glam outlet options, such good value for the amount you get in bundles. Customer service team in particular were super helpful when I asked to change my address.
Arrived quickly. Really have no complaints, will be ordering again.

First and last time using them

First and last time using. Item arrived in a ridiculously oversized box. It’s a foundation. Box was dirty and looked like it had been used. Will not be keeping it.

Please do not order.

I have had the most stressful process with still no resolution. Never experienced these issues with all the online shopping I’ve done over the years.

Ordered on 21st Nov to be delivered on 25th. Not arrived. No response from customer services on various methods of trying to contact them.

This is a Christmas present and I have no idea if I will receive it or not.

Ordered on the 4th of may and it’s…

Ordered on the 4th of may and it’s nearly a month later and haven’t received my order. Have continuously emailed the company with little information back really poor customer service as she was unable to give me any information originally have been patient as thought it may be an issue due to stocking but the items I have ordered is still available to order on the website. Still awaiting confirmation of the package even being sent and it’s the 30th of may. Complete breach of consumer laws.

Prior to this I’d have been 5* BUT I made two purchases in one week both were bundles over €60 each and the first one arrived into my hands. Sadly the second one was left on my doorstep with photo proof from DPD. I had text the delivery driver and said I was at work and for the package to be left in the jeep parked in driveway. Following this the parcel vanished from the door step. I contacted OMG and was given reassurance and told they would send me a replacement but then had another message telling me I’m not getting the replacement as this is not their problem, but is the problem of the delivery company?.
Following this, I made many attempts to speak to somebody at DPD but to no avail. Should it not be that somebody must sign for a package? It’s so disappointing and to be down €60 is not okay. Order number 2047636WS

Spa pedicure with Ava

I had a spa pedicure with Ava , lovely peaceful & relaxing environment, Ava is a lovely lady discussed what length or how short I wanted my nails , soo relaxing & gentle very proffessional lady & a fantastic finsh ,coral with glitter .best pedicure will definitely be going back 👍🏻

Shocking aftersale customer service

After receiving an incomplete order from oh my glam, I contacted them by email on numer occasions over the last 2mths which have all been ignored. Absolutely shocking aftersale service and definately wouldn't support or reccomend them

Fast delivery but expensive at 5.99. The leather pants were poor fitting and don't have accurate sizes. You can buy better clothes on shein or pretty little thing. Only thing I can say is delivery was fast . Don't waste your money .
