I ordered one thing but instead received a dirt cheap product. I wrote to them but as expected no response. Following is the mail I sent them...

Dear Ohmakaze Team,

I was very skeptical to Oder the tinnitus ear drops on line through your website but I still did.

To my dismay when I received the package it was nothing but a scam. All I got was a just a cheap looking earache relief drops (picture attached)

I not only paid for what the order was shown but when the bank charged me it was a USD 10 more than the price indicated by you.

I’m going viral on every platform on social media to expose your treachery.

I hope you are happy with the money you earn by deceiving people but hope you will end up paying more towards your hospital bills & burn in hell.

Their motto is "you deserve it". If you buy from these scammers then you do deserve it. Ordered a glucose monitor and received a cheap pulse/ox monitor. No response to my emails and they managed to overcharge me on top of it all!

This website is a scam and is affiliated with "aktiee" they scammed my mother. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EITHER SITE!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would have, they don't even deserve 1 star. Frauds and a poor excuse for a business! Poor quality products and even worse customer service. Please do your research before purchasing anything online!!! Check reviews!!!

Do not trust these people. I ordered a product - AEXZR™ EasyFind Mini Magnetic GPS Tracker, 8x of them. They sent something different (non-magnetic and non-rechargeable and apparently it is all my fault, and they are not interested in fixing their problem. Thieves.

Scam company, liers, I buy a glasses for more than 35 euros, sinds February, the just write excuses, I will go to the police office to report that scam company, I will loose more money with lawyers but someone need to stop this kind of scum business

The product I purchased was said to be magnetic and the video showed the item to be magnetic however it is NOT so and therefore completely useless. This could be wrong product or a scam.
Because I did not contact support in the required 10 days my case is ignored.

Hi just received an item I ordered two weeks ago. Terrible service. I think this company is a fraud where everyone will lose their money.
They charged me 7 dollars plus shipping and handling. For an item that was valued at 23 dollars, they charged me 42 dollars.
And besides the ads they show on Social media, the device doesn't work as they said and show in videos.
Please be aware of this company.

Terrible with answering email they waited 30days before answering so they would no take there product back.

Ordered (4) glasses and only got one. Glasses did not do what they said it did and the customer service would NOT help me.

Thought about bringing police and investigators into this site to take them down so they can't scam anyone else and rob them. Had my first cisit from Ohma on the 18th January. After 2 botched attempts to install my charger and £££s worth of damage to walls and damp proofing, a junction box to connect cut cables and absolutely no guidance or information from the fitters on how to use it, and only having been able to use it twice, it is now not working. That isn’t so bad as the customer service, emails and sitting on the phone for 20 minutes + waiting to speak with Sophie, being told that a ticket would be raised again and then nothing. No call back, no charger.

I would certainly never use this company again for anything and would advise anyone else not to either. Mistakes happen but customer service is a choice!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your money buy the bullet vest. It is false advertisement since they claimed that it will protect you from bullets and stabbing attacks but what a got it a cheap ass wife beater type of "vest". ONCE AGAIN DO BUY THIS FAKE PRODCUCT.

I ordered 4 of the license plate changes, at 27.80 dollars each. They billed my credit card and never sent me the items, tried contacting them, they said they had the wrong address, then they proceeded to bill me again for 4 more. Never received the first 4 plates. This company is a scam and a bunch of thieves! Now they stopped communicating with me all together, and they have nearly 200.00 Dollars of my money!buyer beware!!

Cheap chinese junk. ordered a product that described itself as high end high quality. received a piece of junk that is not as described on the product page. immediately emailed for return and refund. customer service asking me to do a bunch of work to prove to them that the product is junk. terrible experience waste of time and money. ill be filing claim across trustpilot and social media.
