I bought many KB products across many different websites this month and I was most impressed with Ohlolly. Bought on 8/15 delivered on 8/17 with status updates at each step. Besides the ultra fast shipping, the products were packaged with care, individually wrapped with recyclable padded paper wrap (it’s like bubble wrap but paper). I love the unboxing process so when a product arrives in perfect condition, not a dent or ding or scuff on the products box, I am VERY impressed. Plus a note of thanks from the company as a cherry on top. No other company comes close to presentation. This tells me they care about their products and customers. Five stars.

What other companies should strive to emulate. Fast delivery and AMAZING customer service. I’ve purchased a handful of times and have enjoyed the products they sell. With every purchase, I’ve received free trial products and a hand written note thanking me for supporting them. I don’t know of any other companies that would do this. What a breath of fresh air to have a company thanking you and appreciating your business. If only I could give 10 stars!
